Use create work order to add all MRR & break flash report also to record the unscheduled repairs does on rig
equipment.
Issue PR service for an equipment by create CM WO, also you can charge materials for any unplanned
maintenance.

Create work order for an equipment

Navigate the Work Order window

Select Clear button

Click on Create Work Order

The update work order window will pop up

System automatically will generate work order number for that job

To select the equipment Asset Number
By write rig ID %equipment name%
Ex: on ADM#3 & need to create WO for MP#1
Write in Asset number AD3%mud pump%
A result for your search will pop up choose the Asset number from drop list

Write down the job description (short note as a header for WO)

Select your own department (Drilling, Mechanical, Electrical & Barge MST.) to assign job for you
instead of Maint.

Released the WO instead of Draft, if you finish the maintenance and if not, you can choose On hold
or unreleased

Select the job date (Scheduled start date), system initially take the system date.

Optionally choose the following
Work Order Type
Shutdown Type
Priority

Expand the additional details WO comment

Fill in the equipment condition before & after the maintenance

Then click Save button

The work order will be created on system

A confirmation message will pop up

Now you have a work order same as PM WO and you go through its contain and update it as
explained previously.
