AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND CONSENT

tickets for the travel of our children;

5. That we are willing and able to maintain and support our children
financially and guarantee that they will not become a public charge or
burden during their stay in Hongkong; and

6. That we are executing this affidavit in connection with our children's

application for passports at the Department of Foreign Affairs and/or
travel clearance from the Department of Social Welfare and
Development for their travel abroad.
