For your appointment

At the time of your appointment, go to

the pharmacy drive-thru (use the inside
lane if there are multiple) or follow signs
to the store's designated testing area.

If you are late, we'll see you based on

availability at the time you arrive.

Do not go into the store. Do not walk

into the drive-thru. If you don't have a
vehicle, please call the pharmacy for
further direction from our testing team.

Remain in your vehicle and show your

confirmation email (digital copies
accepted), a valid state ID or driver's
license, and insurance card or voucher, if
applicable.

Perform the nasal swab yourself under

the direction of a pharmacy team
member. Patients ages 3-18 will need a
parent or legal guardian while they self-
administer the COVID-19 test.

Please follow
recommendations from the CDC or your
healthcare provider while awaiting your
test results.
