MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

 
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT is made and executed at the City of _______________,

this day of _______________, 2022, by and between:

at _________________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST
PARTY.

       __________________________ , Filipino and with residence and postal address at
______________________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND
PARTY.
 
WITNESSETH; That
 
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the lawful owner of _________________, Restaurant Business
duly established and located at _______________________________________________________;
 
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY agrees to assign all pertinent permits and licenses of the said
business to the SECOND PARTY for the period of TWO YEARS or from February ___, 2022 to
February ____, 2024;
 
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the SECOND PARTY
hereby accepts the same and binds himself to renew all the permits and licenses of the said
business during the two year period of this agreement.
