Basic frame and LCD screen assembly

These are the parts which you will need:

1x FRAME BOTTOM
4x PLASTIC X ROD HOLDER
1x LCD SCREEN
2x M3 SPACER 15mm
4x M3x4 BOLTS
1x FRAME
8x PARKER 2,5 x 6mm

Now without further ado, let's start making the Vertex Nano!

Place all 4 x ROD HOLDERS into the 4 fitting square holes of the FRAME BOTTOM as shown
in the picture. Then secure the holders by using 4 PARKER SCREW 2,5 x 6mm and screwing
them through the top hole.

When in doubt about which screws, nuts, bolts or washers to use, please refer to one
of the following charts; Chart A. Chart B.

Attach 2 M3 SPACER 15mm onto the two top holes of the LCD SCREEN by using 2 M3 x 4
BOLTS. Note the orientation!

Place the FRAME BOTTOM upside down and place the LCD SCREEN assembly from step 2
onto the FRAME BOTTOM as shown in the picture. Make sure it is aligned, then attach
both parts by using 2 M3 x 4 BOLTS.
 Insert the FRAME BOTTOM into the FRAME. Do not yet fix them!

First make sure that everything is aligned properly.

Use 4 PARKER 2,5 x 6mm screws to attach the FRAME BOTTOM onto the frame. Make
sure the side of the FRAME overlaps the back of the FRAME as shown in the picture.
