and more people to the community.

Finding a way to make a living creating content is something that more and more people
are considering, many children are now seeing it as if it were a way to make money and it is
becoming increasingly popular among different people of various ages, many of them
already have technological skills and are being increasingly creative.

It is likely that with the advances that are being generated in life, more non-traditional ways
of earning a living will be created.
Introduction (600 words)
Life as people used to know is no longer the same, technology is advancing at a high speed
and the new generations are growing as enormous as technology is. Given that young
people nowadays have found a new opening market for them to earn some money doing
exactly what they like.

With all the resources young people have and having all the information they need at their
hands; they can achieve so many different levels when they reach the adult life.

They have several skills different kind of people do not have, they are growing a long side
with technology advances, from them is not exactly adapting to all these changes, for them
is just natural.

These new generation do not settle for bad paid jobs, crunching numbers and try to adjust
their monthly budget, they avoid the frustration about that kind of situation, in addition to
that they do not have to suffer most of working situations as regular people.

For many years now more people are trying to be entrepreneurs and be their own bosses,
fixing their own schedules, and not working for someone else, but sometimes they do not
have an idea of the disadvantages that they might find, some of the will need to find people
to work with them, and they will have to become other´s people boss, in many cases they
will become the boss they would not like to have. In the other hand if they achieve
impressive communication skills, and some emotional qualities they could be outstanding
bosses.

The concept of content has many different meanings and uses, and every day more a getting
added to the list, especially in digital connected words, the terms content and content
creators now can be found in many blogs, web pages, media content and different apps.

Several people like to spend their time using different kinds of apps, they know considered
this activity as a spear time, or a way to get in touch with more people using these apps. For
other people their creativity might achieve a platform to get a successful life, it does not
matter the place people come from, or their favorite platform, the content creator finds the
opportunity to have a better life with a better future. This is a whole new working field.
All this marketing with influencers is now related to the new technologies, especially the
most popular ones, such as, YouTube, Instagram, among others, are growing the number of
people using their apps. This technic was already use for many years back to create content
and get more buyers into get their products, just than then they use to get some products
physically, and they just get pictures or funny videos, and becoming famous regular people.

Is quite difficult to keep up with the market the reason why is the constant change of
popular brands, information, or even people. Popularity is getting more difficult to achieve
with the constant change of what people are into, that is one of the reasons being a content
creator is becoming a challenge but people which are into this new brand of marketing are
up to keep up with all of these situations, and finding ways to keep being popular and
follow what their consumers like to see, read, or listen, working with more and different
campaigns and brands, even so, there is now more common to find important brands getting
their connections with not just models, actors or actresses to work with, even these now
called influencers are creating their own products to sell when they get old enough to be a
content creator of that kind.

Within the latest tools added to Instagram we can find the "Reels" this is designed for video
content creators, in these videos the creators have up to 15 seconds of audio, music and
filters, this tool has the ability to capture the attention of the user, when a user sees it
repeatedly the database that has this application begins to recommend similar content, even
users can frequently watch this same video and awaken the desire to acquire different types
of products, this tool is beginning to be used and has had a great impact, with the passage of
time this will be something bigger and bigger with more possibilities for content creators,
and have a better digital marketing strategy.

The use of this type of videos in digital marketing campaigns attracts much more audience
and although it is a tool that does not have the option to show paid content now, it is an
innovative tool for consumers. Instagram has a special section for content creators showing
the requirements they need to guarantee the quality of attraction to the public, must have an
optimal action plan, remembering that all the content which want to express must enter the
maximum of 15 seconds that this tool provides, it must have high quality content, have the
relationship between the Reels and the digital marketing campaign, have unique content
and that has continuity.

These videos can be focused on all branches, being fun they can be used from advertising
to medicine, education, cooking, decoration, etc. (Braojos, 2021)

Instagram to compete with other applications comes to pay up to thirty-five thousand

dollars to upload content in "Reels", promising that by this year they could pay content
creators up to one billion dollars, of course all this will depend on the popularity of each
video and the number of views in a month. In compassion for this, content creators who are
not yet as popular have been paid from six to eight hundred dollars, some have reached up
to a thousand dollars, they are also offered incentives to get more followers and have more
profits for all parties involved. (La Vanguardia, 2021)

Newer applications have a greater opportunity to generate better paid content since they are
focused on the new generations, they usually use more applications that are more popular,
unlike the slightly older generations that can use those they already know and the new ones.
Literature review (2350 words)
The creation of “Instagram” has caused an impact on the use of social networks since 2010,
in the history of these networks this platform was the second with the most impact in the
last 30 years. Since its creation countless accounts have been downloaded, within its first
year its creators sold it for one billion dollars. At that time its main objective was to work
as an application to earn points by uploading photographs of places and making a daily
visit, share their visits with friends, and give these places a comment for other consumers to
visit, later other applications did the same, this has been working in a similar way in
"Google Maps".

The creators of this platform are Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger, after testing the
application they realized that they wanted to cover a lot of field in the market and made the
decision to do it again focusing only on one goal, taking as their main concept of taking,
sharing and commenting photos, it was at that time that they gave it the name that we now
know "Instagram" that comes from putting together the words "instant telegram" perfectly
reflecting the objective that their application had for the market. (Rodríguez Herrera, 2015)

To guarantee their success they had to include influential people such as the founder of
Twitter, he gave them a great help, from his platform he began to make various
publications so that his community began to download it, during its first night it got ten
thousand people to get the application, in a week they got ten thousand users, by the end of
that year they had already reached one million users worldwide.

By April 2012 they already had thirty million users in their application, it was at that time
that the owner of "Facebook" decided to acquire this new and popular application, Mark
Zuckerberg, who is a famous American programmer and entrepreneur, paid for this app the
amount of one billion dollars to its creators. (Ludeña, 2021)

In 2016 came to Instagram the use of short videos called stories, at that time advertising
began to appear on this platform, making its digital face-to-face increasingly larger, and
large companies had to make use of this to reach another branch of consumers. learning to
take advantage of this new full of tools can be a challenge but when good results are
achieved magnificent satisfaction is generated. (Castelan, 2021)
Ever since Zuckerberg acquired the app its number of downloads has been growing
considerably along with its first application "Facebook", during these last two decades, its
new owner has made some changes, its interface has been modified with several updates,
they have included more filters, more content options, especially they have included short
videos, the now known as "Reels" are the most popular option has been used these days, the
use of stickers has also caught a lot of attention from its users, the use of videos with a
duration of twenty-four hours has also been a significant change for them, we can also find
the search for content by use of keywords or hashtags, now users can decide if they want to
show the number of likes or not, they can also put subtitles to their stories, songs, places,
among others. Now it has group video calls, and a new panel for professionals. (Galeano,
2021)

For several years now businesses have relied on the use of famous applications to boost
their businesses, this application is one of the most supported to gain popularity, also
creating accounts in social networks for businesses is fundamental to their success, this is
due to the world in which we live if the person does not have a digital presence it is not
considered that there is real, so it must be done acquaintance of this brand and make it
reach its customers virtually, and with this at least fifty by the way more users are
guaranteed. Instagram is considered the second social network with the greatest boom in
advertising.

As a result of these high sums of money promoted by the platform, more and more people
are looking to make a living being influencers, making the idea of working from home
doing what they like increasingly popular, in their own times and in turn make themselves
known by many people. For this reason, that more and more people want to become famous
in this way and thus be able to have better income than in a traditional job.

For people who have already adapted this way of generating income, it is already easy to
consider their work as their lifestyle, where they show their life, their tastes, experiences,
family, and friends.

Most of the most famous Instagrammers have a long history from “YouTube” and have
made their way to remain current and use these new applications to their advantage, many
of them know that by the way social networks move and popularity is handled, they will
not always have the possibility to earn as much money as now and are using their influence
to create their own brands, both cosmetics and clothing, or even opening some other type of
business.

This type of way to generate better income can be considered risky as it depends on a short
time of popularity and staying active is becoming increasingly difficult.

Throughout all this time that has been monetized the living of social networks especially
has seen an increase in the payment they receive per publication, and a person can see how
some places of the best paid each year has changed.

In 2022, around the UK a list with the top ten Instagrammers was publish (Influence 4 You,
2021) :

 Rosielondoner
 Breakfast London
 Luxury Columnist
 Carla Rowena
 Belle and Bunty
 Alanisko
 Giulia Mulè
 Liza Hara
 Elodie
 Travel Dave

Giving the current information about these lists that come out every year informing the
amount of money that people earn for publishing content on Instagram there are many more
people who want to do the same, there are even many people who are leaving their studies
to lead this life and others who have left their jobs because this was a hobby for them is
already more paid.

This new generation is leading a change not only in how the economy is impacted, but also
in the way in which new ways of marketing products are being generated, it is for this
reason that they are now being considered as entrepreneurs.
Most content creators use their influence on their social networks to earn money by taking
advantage of their popularity to work in the company of some companies creating ads for
services or products, it is generally being used for makeup ads, many traditional companies
are now adapting this ideology to increase their sales.

By using this type of platform to seek to influence the people who follow them on their
networks, this use is not only focused on beauty products, now it is also being used to
acquire products for personal use, many of these people use their tastes people to push other
brands, or even places to visit whether it's some type of food business or places to visit for
different types of occasions.

For some people, this non-traditional way of selling can be somewhat cold, as the new
generations grow, everything is changing with them, leaving aside what has been done
traditionally for a long time, opening the way to these innovations.

More and more people are making their way into this type of product sales relationship
using their accounts, as well as more and more money they are earning from using their
influence.

Although not all content creators are considered entrepreneurs, those who have already
created their own brands have generated some similar characteristics with traditional
entrepreneurs.

How to know if an Influencer is considered an entrepreneur, within the main characteristics

they oversee organizing, assuming and managing the risks that may arise in a business. On
the one hand, entrepreneurs create a new business based on the needs of the client,
considering the market, the area, and the competition they may have. In the case of
influencers, they are considered people who have in their power to affect or change what
people think and change their behavior using social networks.

When people who use their networks to influence people create their own businesses
manage to enter the concept of entrepreneurs, they are usually the ones in charge of
managing and managing their brand, although traditional entrepreneurs consider that they
should not enter that category. characteristic, this is because they do not consider that it is
satisfying a specific need, given this, the new entrepreneurs who use their influence
comment that they do, since they focus their brand on a specific group to achieve success in
their brand using the influence they already have, and because they have a closer
relationship with their consumers, they are more likely to ensure that the business works.
(National Geographic, 2021)

An important difference that can be found between traditional entrepreneurs and Instagram
content creators is the way in which they start their businesses, in this case traditional
entrepreneurs have to consider costs in opening their business, in addition to having raw
material , contemplate material costs, have the necessary materials for the beginning such
as the adequate spaces with the necessary tools, they must also consider the material at risk
and have savings to be able to cover extra expenses.

Unlike them, the Instagram entrepreneurs do not always have to pay these initial costs with
their own money, as they can almost have investors who are the ones who lend their money
to do everything necessary for the opening of the brand of these Instagrammers, In relation
to traditional entrepreneurs, Influencers have a lower cost of initial expenses.

Usually the Influencers who focus their brand on the sale of clothing or makeup find it
much easier to get new clothes from leading designers, promote the newest makeup
products, get the support of a famous photographer, some of them just need its own
creativity and mobile phone, one of the costs that content creators generally do not have to
absorb is the rent or acquisition of a place to keep their products, this is because many of
them work from home.

Building a brand is of fundamental importance to both content creators and traditional

entrepreneurs, and each of them does it in the way that is most feasible for them.

For their part, traditional entrepreneurs do it slowly while their business takes its time to
build its consumer market, they decide what makes their brand different, and then know
how to project it to their consumers, they make a detailed study of what they are going to
do, doing sales tests and knowing the comments of the people who have tried the products
and determining if they should change something, they must first make sure that it will be a
successful product. Influencers and their impact, millennials as buyers (Romo Alvarez &
Ochoa Herrera, 2020)
In the case of content creators, they also create their brand in time, although since their
brand is more personal, it must be appropriate and attractive to their followers before they
can receive profits from the product.

It is known that Influencers tend to know what are the differences that they have compared
to others, they develop the message that they want to leave in their followers to acquire
more and more people who follow them, after that they have profits from their products, in
this case for them their brand comes first and the way they reach their consumers comes
second.

The way in which many of these entrepreneurs get their money in a simple way, the profits
they make is when making money goes above the cost of producing and selling goods and
services.

Most companies sell their products generally much more expensive compared to the
amount of money they invest in making it, that's when entrepreneurs get their profits.

On the other hand, for Influencers this is a bit different, after obtaining a good number of
followers they begin to introduce their products, or products for which they are paid to
advertise, they advertise on all their social networks, so now It is a fundamental part of
Instagram to indicate when they are advertising the products and if they are speaking well
of a product, they must also indicate that it is not a paid collaboration to avoid problems
regarding the issue of transparency and provide a more reliable image.

They mostly make money by doing a combination of advertising, collaborating with

brands, and sometimes using their own brand and using their own products, all using their
different social networks, this is where they find it to their advantage that a lot of the
networks social networks are linked, so they don't have to prepare different resources for
each of their platforms. Influencer as a new professional aspiration for millennials (Gillin,
2007)

As the market of influencers grows, more companies and applications seek support from
different fields to generate more income, sometimes it can be a slow and somewhat tedious
change, especially when it comes to establishing a favorable contract for both parties
involved.
The marketing market for Influencers is also growing, more and more companies are
adapting to this evolution, and new special agencies are also being created in this field.

They develop an outstanding ability to do several activities at the same time, they can be
promoting a product to put it on YouTube, and from there they get information that they
edit to put on the various Instagram resources and from there they publish it on Facebook.
Methodology (1500 words)
A person who has the power to influence the decisions or way of thinking of other people is
considered an "Influencer", this type of person has many followers with whom he
constantly interacts, this number of followers will depend on how big it is. its popularity.
Influencers (Gomez Nieto, 2017)

Most of the "Influencers" are encompassed in different characteristics such as celebrities,

experts in some sector, content creators, and micro-Influencers.

Bloggers and content creators have been connecting with influencer marketing for a while
now. There are many content creators with a lot of influence on the internet, when they
provide good comments about some type of product, it is quite likely that their followers
will search for or purchase these products. Identification of influencers (Kiss & Bichler,
2008)

This is where content creators earn money by promoting products or brands, and if their
influence is positive enough, they guarantee to get more jobs and more profits. More and
more generations are letting themselves be influenced by these people who show products.
Influencers and their communities (Fernandez Lerma, 2017)

During this last decade it has been possible to notice the growth of these people and they
are opening more and more field of work and modifying some traditional terms to focus
them on more technological and digital issues such as digital marketing and Influencer
marketing. (we are social, 2022)

One thing that needs to be clarified is that they are not just tools to be used in the market,
they are also a resource that can be used in the social relations of the brands they
collaborate with, and they achieve better results when they are seen in this way.

As the digital audience in social networks grows, the needs grow with them, just under half
of the world's population is a user of these social networks, so people are increasingly
influenced by the most popular people on these networks. (Kemp, 2021)

In their social networks, the Influencers have gained a certain reputation for their
knowledge and experience in the use of their social network to display their content using
the tools provided by each of the applications in an optimal way. They regularly create
posts about their topics of interest in all their social networks, generating a huge number of
followers, who gladly consume their content, their followers in many cases are already
considered part of their family. Millennials Rising: The Next Great Generation (Strauss,
2000)

With the growth of the influence of people who use Instagram, both the concept of "digital
marketing" and "Influencer marketing" were developed, this last concept arises with the
support of famous personalities of social networks, it has been around for a long time
Whereas companies started using a celebrity to promote their products and get better sales,
now big companies are using different types of quite popular content creators to get better
sales. (Karamustafic, Stockmaster, Palladina, Harris, & Perloff, 2020)

Currently most of the Influencer’s market is in social networks, especially with micro
influencers and people who blog. More and more people are considered as Influencers,
within this concept journalists who have given a good impression with various brands are
also being included.

Sadly, the celebrities who were the original Influencers are diminishing in importance and
popularity, one of the reasons they are losing their popularity is because they are not really
in touch with their followers, this new generations like to know that they are part of
something bigger and they feel they are not able to be in touch with these celebrities. Many
celebrities are not willing to participate in campaigns like the ones Influencers do and that
is also why they are losing popularity. Role of Influencer Marketing on social media (Durai
& Premakumari, 2020)

It is necessary to take into consideration the type of person who wants to represent the
brand or product, in case of using a person who does not have the focus that is needed to
guarantee the sales of the product, the entire campaign carried out can result in a
resounding failure. Even though celebrities have many followers on their social networks, it
does not guarantee that their influence is what they require for brands. Influencers and
digital marketing (Catala, 2019)
When it comes to profit and ways to boost the economy, content creators have provided
new ways to generate income in a more comfortable way for themselves, using their own
special features and needs.

The autonomy that entrepreneurs develop is an important form of growth for the economy,
and as Influencers increase, the number of tools to use becomes more popular, and with it
the economy is increasingly boosted.

Different types of entrepreneurs generate growth in different ways, this is because

companies seek to fill a need in the market or provide a service that consumers lack. By
generating these products, competition between brands or services is promoted. When a
company shows great innovation to meet the needs of consumers, it is inevitable that this
competition will be generated. Influencers and their impact, millennials as buyers (Romo
Alvarez & Ochoa Herrera, 2020)

Once the new companies grow they can create a greater number of jobs, currently the
companies that are innovating the most and generating the most jobs are those that are
using new technologies.

For the new generations who are looking for what they want to do with their lives, the
market that influencers are creating is giving them more and more tools to get better jobs,
and new ways to boost the economy.

They use the tools they already have and focus them on their special needs, it is much
easier for them to develop profitable content for their lives, as they grow as technology
grows their opportunities and technological knowledge are more impressive.

They are also generating more and more jobs, and job growth opportunities for many
people, apart from generating new job opportunities they are also using their influence to
inspire more people to try this new way of life.

Among the benefits that Influencers bring to the economy, especially in the traditional
business market, is to boost the economy by making a multiple connection in the market,
another is to show a happier world using their influence, thus creating an attitude more
positive in his followers. Influencer as a new professional aspiration for millennials (Gillin,
2007)
As every year is passing throw, it is confirmed that people can make a liver career from
getting money promoting the aquation of good using the influence of Instagram and the
Instagrammer’s skills to sell products.
Analysis/Results (1200 words)
The greater the growth of the Internet, the greater the use of personal influence, this results
in brands increasing the use of digital collaborations with Influencers. This development
creates a market of personal influence, for this reason an account is personalized to the
needs of a person’s development.

The Internet as a tool has created an immense world of possibilities for all types of users, in
turn it has also helped to create many new professions, especially to give a digital approach
to those that already existed in the labor market, each There are more and more people who
want to have a job where they do what they like, doing what they are passionate about
basically from the place that makes them happier, and with less financial investment.

To dedicate themselves to a life of content creator on digital platforms such as Instagram,

initially these people only needed to use their cell phones, in addition to having the pleasure
of sharing their lives with the users of this social network.

With the help of the internet people can get a lot of information about various types of areas
of interest to users, this generates an increase in the number of people can contact and can
find information especially far from the local area, learning and sharing more and more
information, the increasingly constant use of social networks fosters more digital
interaction between many people, and is generating the popularity of Instagrammers to be
greater with each passing day.

The most common use of Instagram is by those considered millennials, they are the ones
who have boosted the popularity of this social network and are the ones who are now being
considered as Influencers, they have quite peculiar characteristics, and they are considered
as narcissistic, happy, optimistic, confident, they have learned to use technology, and they
have skills that allow them to accept changes.

The main use of Instagram has led to them being included in the concept of narcissistic
people, all of this is since initially this network was used to share with friends what was
done day by day, sharing places where they went, what they did during their day and with
the people who did their favorite activities. Now they not only use these social networks to
have many friends and know what they are always doing, they also share products or places
to visit with other people, seeking to provide a positive image of themselves and the
products they advertise.

This is how the use of the Influencer concept is created, they began to seek to create a good
influence on their followers and began to recommend products, establishments, places to
visit, and now they have known how to sell these recommendations, managing to get a
great amount of earnings, and making a life career out of this hobby they had.
