Introduction
Youtube was established in 2005 , and become one of the most visited website in the
internet (engadget 2016).this organisation provide so man enterainment such as news , tv
show ,movie trailer , and they uploading 72 hours every day that worth of a video every
minute (Businessinsider 2007).In this Modern era is the most benefical era to increase a
business in every business platform, throught this society many business platform are
increasing rapidly in day by day.

2019 is the glorious era for youtube to become the fastest and promising business platform
that every one can used , but people are kind of wondering and asking :” does youtube
worker is part of a dream job?”,this question can become a research problem for this
project and not just that we also going to have a look some of the framework that related
with the research problem, in this project also contain an information about a method that
refer to ethical consideration and some findings that related to this project.

Goals and objective

This project would achieve some goals such as giving information on how youtube worker
become a dream job, tips to become a successful content creator in youtube and how
youtube generate money in youtube Those goals and objective are going to explain it soon.
Content creator is a career that creates a video content and published it in social media
platform, this job is one of the most popular task that everyone's are searching for,and
some reason why this career becomes so exciting because the procedure just to create
some unique content based on personal passion, there is no pressure on this career , and
there is no list of requirements such as minimum age and degree to become a content
creator in youtube which is mean that every person can become a content creator in
youtube (Vidiooly, 2018).
Become a content creator was not the most straightforward job, it requires a lot of
creativity to decide on what kind of content that going to be published for audience it
means that every content creator must think on what type of video content that going to be
published, and what are typical customer that wants to be a primary target and besides
creating a material for the audience , to attract some audience to view their video,it can be
done by doing a promotion through social media platform such as twitter, facebook,
instagram and many more, those tips will be useful on how to become a successful content
creator in youtube.
Youtube influencer or youtuber they generate a lot of fortune throught they channel, and
some people might to think on how youtuber generate money, in this report will be giving
some ways on how youtuber generate money. first of all, many of youtuber gain money
throught CPM and CPC and what are those things?, CPM is cos per thousand views , it
means that the viewers should watch the advertisment for 30 seconds long, for instance if
the youtuber got $10 for 1000 views and google takes 45% cut it means that the youtuber
can gain $5.5/day , CPC is cost per click that is means the youtuber gaid paid when a viewers
click an advertisement that surrounding in a video (Hunt, 2019).
Influences from marketing has changed the way of youtuber on making some fortunes
throught their channel in other words they used some social media platform such as
instagram, snapchat and other social media to advertise some specific product to gain some
money. Besides from marketing influences , many of youtuber used variety of tools and
ways to generates some fortunes such as merchandising , public speaking , traditional
advertising (Mediakix, 2018).

Method
Research consideration in research is compulsory, and it is also a standard of conduct, it is
because to determine which one is right and wrong . research consideration prevent against
the fabrication or falsifying of data and therefore, promote the pursuit of knowledge and
truth which is the primary goal of research (CRIT, Ethical consideration) This research is
considerate for people who want to gain more profit through youtube rather than regular
job from 9 to 5 jobs. This research also tells us that youtube is more flexible compared to
other regular jobs.

Based on this project, the method that is suitable to accomplish this project is secondary
analysis, since it has a meaning that the data was collected from an existing data and it is
the most popular tools in every organisation. This secondary data can be found in journal
articles, websites , libraries and a data that came from survey that has been taken from
some agencies, the are a some benefits from secondary analysis such as it is easy to obtain
the data , reduce a time when findings some information , and etc (Bhat, 2019).

Research Design
The research problem from this project is to research on why youtube worker become one
of the most dream job that everyone seeking and replace their regular job just to be part of
youtube worker to generate some fortune for their life.In this report also contain some
frameworks to support the research problem such as on how youtube worker become a
dream job, tips to become a successful content creator in youtube and how youtube
generate money in youtube.
Secondary data are the most easiest ways to collect some information that related with the
research problem, since the data was stored in electrical format and it is also open for
public. through secondary data resources it give so much benefits such as it’s give a
knowledge for people on how youtube worker become a dream job, and it is also provide
some useful knowledge such as on how to become a great content creator in youtube and
how the money works in youtube , those information could lead a person if they want to
change their career, and follow their own passion thought content creator.

According to the data that was taken from www.statista.com , it is describe a total earning
of content creator on leading platforms in U.S, it is said that there 7 platform of social
media that being used for online content creator to generate money (Feldman, 2019) .
according from the table youtube has the most highest score of total earning in 2017 which
is $4,004m , which is 20% increase from the previous year , meanwhile , Word Press got
$348m i, which is shrink -20,8% from the previous year. In this data mention about 17,0
million people are working as a content creator and 12,4 million people works a
manufacturer worker , which is mean that people are interested in content creator rather
than manufacturing worker(Feldman, 2019).

4.5 million every month. from this data we can conclude facebook and youtube are more
interesting compare to other social media platform.
