Dear Sir

I am writing this letter to give you a formal 2 months notice in regard to leaving my role as
operational analyst from your esteem organisation from today 07/05/2022.

As I got selected in Universal business school, Karhat (Maharastra) to pursue my MBA programme as a
post graduate student from July 2022. I am excited to explore this new path in my career journey. I
would be highly grateful even if I get an opportunity to continue as a part time job in your
organisation in addition to my studies.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities, I have been provided on the starcom media planning
team for the pat 4 months in your esteem organisation. It has been a wonderful experience to work
for the great company.

I would be grateful if I could get the opportunity in your company after the completion of my post
graduate programme.
