Mission
Placement Cell have the mission of shaping this
readiness of mind. The Cell thus promotes Critical
thinking, abstract reasoning, problem solving abilities,
organizational or leadership qualities so that students
can better understand the basic requirements of higher
studies and professions.
Objectives
• To train students according to globalization
recruitments.
• Counsel the students according to their career
plans.
• Develop industry interaction by providing guest
from industry delegates
• Improve the campus placements through
conducting job fair.
Placement Cell Activities
•The Placement Cell arranges sufficient guidance and training
for final year students to enable them to face interviews.
•The Placement Cell organizes training on “ Personality
Development and Soft Skills”.
•The Placement Cell conducts various platforms for
interaction with Industry persons.
•To enhance the Quantity and Quality (Technical
Competency, Soft Skills ,English Language fluency)

Registered for the Mega Job Fair out of this, 78 students were selected for different Job Profiles.

Six Days Workshop on Employability Enhancement Skills
Session 2023-2024
• Six Days Workshop on Employability Enhancement Skills was Organised by Placement
Cell in Collaboration with Mahindra Pride Class Rooms Through Nandi
Foundation from 7 August 2023 to 12 August 2023 the key objective of the
workshop was to provide expertise on soft skills, Time Management, Group
Discussion, Presentation Resume Building and Interview Skill to the students
and to prepare them for challenges they have to face in their career path the
event received a very good response approx.108 student participated in the
workshop. It was relevant to the title and well appreciated by all.

Five Days Workshop on Art& Craf
Session 2021-2022
• Five Days Workshop on Art & Craft Organised by Placement Cell from
7 Feb 2022 to 11 Feb 2022 the workshop was coordinator by national
awardee Mr. Chanderkant Bondwal. The workshop aimed to enrich the
perspective students with artistic skills. To discover the undiscovered
talents and innovative students. The workshop was intended to
reinforce the message that hands on activities enhance the learning
process. The workshop explored the various forms art:-Madhubani
Painting, Terracotta, Mandela Art, Wooden Jewellery, Sketch, Block
Printing etc. Approx. 60 students participated in this workshop.

• Five Days Workshop on Art & Craft Organised by Placement Cell from 27 Jan
2020 to 01 Feb 2020. Ms. Sakshi Garg (Expert in Traditional Art) was the
resource person. The students learnt different types forms of Art & Craft
like:- Thermacole Painting, Tie & dye, Painting, Pot Painting, Bubble Wrap
Printing, in her guidance Approx. 85 students participated in this
workshop. Students also learnt what are the skills needed for such art and
where we can find this out in our heritage.
