3 IMPORTANT LEARNINGS FROM THE SESSION

During the session, I learned three important things:

1.) As teachers, it's our responsibility to provide high-quality, relevant, and accessible education to
our students.

2.) The session discussed seven ways to become a highly effective teacher and emphasized the
importance of applying these strategies in our teaching practice.

3.) Finally, we were reminded to maintain our passion and love for teaching, as this not only benefits
our students but also helps to shape them into productive members of society.

FUTURE PLAN OF ACTION / APPLICATIONS

One of the key takeaways from this session is the importance of being always
proactive. Specifically, as a teacher, it's important for me to assess, monitor, and
evaluate my students' reading skills by providing effective reading lessons and
instructional materials that are tailored to their individual levels and interests. By
taking a proactive approach to teaching, I can ensure that my students are
receiving the support they need to succeed.
