Westbrook Parents/Families,

If you are receiving this email, a child in your household met the criteria for the Fall Attendance
Incentive Program. You can find out more about the criteria used for the attendance incentive
here. Your child will be bringing home the necessary forms to complete to participate in this
incentive if he/she chooses.
On Wednesday, January 25, Westbrook students who are eligible for the attendance
incentive will be bused to Clear Brook High School to watch The Lion King (2019 remake) in
the Clear Brook auditorium.
Because we have so many Westbrook students who met the attendance criteria, students will
be bused in 2 groups—one group in the morning and one in the afternoon. Students will then
be bused back to Westbrook for the remainder of the school day.
Eligible students can choose whether they want to participate in the attendance incentive.
They are not required to do so. Please complete the form at the link below BY FRIDAY,
JANUARY 20, to let us know if your child would like to participate. This will enable us to
secure the correct number of buses.

incentive, in the link above, please complete the following forms and return them with your
child to the front office by Monday, January 23. (Paper copies of these forms were also
given to your child.)

If you answered NO, my child DOES NOT want to participate in Westbrook's

attendance incentive and will remain on campus, there is nothing more you need to
do.
