    Basically the "S" model is based upon the 2040/2060 series with a larger work-table. I
    have listed the main differences below:

    Control wise: 2460 servo down-feed with numberical display & micron pulsar
                  v.s. "S"2460 traditional auto down-feed

    Hydraulic: 2460 uses proportional hydraulic system which allows smooth movement
    and various speed adjustment v.s. “S”2460 has the traditional hydraulic system.

    Strucure wise: 2460 net weight 7500 kg


                    v.s. "S"2460 net weight 6000 kg (two whole diff structure)

    Cutting capability: 2460 uses 10HP x 6P motor with 510 x 50 x 127mm wheel
                                (510 x 75 x 203mm wheel optional)
                        v.s. "S"2460 uses 10HP x 4P motor with 405 x 50 x 127mm wheel

    Accessory: 2460 comes with standard coolant with paper filter & magnetic
    separator and the Habor coolant system for hydraulic tank
