B. The coordinator has made the request for 5 TV sets but due to unavailability of
funds, acquisition of such instructional materials did not materialize.
C. SHS teachers had surf the internet to search for sources of Modules and if
modules were not available, like the TVL subjects, teachers had to make their
Learners Activity Sheets (LAS). Distributions of Modules/LAS has a ratio of 1:1.
D. Before conducting the in-school work immersion, parents were called for a
meeting. Due to the pandemic the Work Immersion was done in school with the
following details:
1. Cookery
Student were grouped into two. Group 1 will cook something for viand and
will sell them to the teachers. On the other hand Group 2 will cook
something for snacks and will also sell it to the teachers. They are using
separate HE in preparing and cooking their food stuff. Before they finish
their 80 hours work immersion, they were tested on their skirting ability.
2. Agri-crop Production
Students in Agri-crop had undergone the following activities inside the
school campus:
a. Pruning
b. Marcotting
c. Gardening of vegetables
d. Preparing the puddy like plowing using a carabao and hand tractor

These activities were done by rotation until they consume the 80 hours
period.

3. Garments Technology
The students were made to sew the TOGA to be used for graduation. They
also accepted sewing of TOGA for teachers and sash for elementary, paying
them at minimal price, that is after they had consumed the 80 hours.
4. Animal Production
The school had requested a faculty to finance first the buying of the chicks
and its feeds. The students raised 60 heads of broiler chicks at school’s
poultry house. In order that these students will love what they are doing,
each of them will have to buy one chick each which they will include in
taking care of. They were scheduled on such a way that the poultry house
will not be left behind or no one to take care until they consume the 80
hours duration.

After their work immersion Certificate of Participation were given.

E. Professional Growth
1. 2 SHS teachers graduated from their masteral studies.
2. 4 SHS teachers enrolled in post graduate studies
3. Teachers attended webinars whenever called for.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT FOR THE CONDUCT OF ACTION RESEARCH


SY 2021-2022

The Action Research had shared her expertise in making research by talking as

one of the resource speakers during a Gender and Development INSET conducted.

After the topic, the speaker suggested to the participants will submit a title of

their research proposal.

Due to time constraints and the teachers were too busy on the making of the

Learners Activity Sheet, they were not able to make their proposal. The Action

Research coordinator had just conducted her research without submitting the

proposal to the Division Office for approval. The Action Research was entitled:

MODULAR DISTANCE LEARNING: ITS EFFECT TO THE ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE

OF GRADE 12 STUDENTS.
