About T.I.M.E. Organization Inc.
T.I.M.E. Organization Inc. is a licensed Outpatient Mental Health Center (O.M.H.C.) providing
community-based mental health and substance abuse to Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County,
and surrounding counties. For over 18 years, we have provided, a wide array of services for
mental health and substance abuse along with wraparound services, including:

Psychiatric Evaluation

Medication Management Services


Suboxone for opioid abuse

Mental health and substance abuse therapy

Intensive Outpatient Treatment

Psychiatric rehabilitation program -

Mission
The mission of T.I.M.E. Organization Inc. is to create an atmosphere where individuals and families

can be provided with innovative and effective interventions on issues surrounding the complexity of

behavioral, emotional, and mental health. Our mission is to offer a continuum of care for individuals

experiencing a vast array of mental health needs in a supportive and effective environment.

Vision
T.I.M.E. Organization Inc. is a community-based Outpatient Mental Health Clinic serving Baltimore

City, Anne Arundel County, and surrounding counties. Our goal is to provide age and culturally

appropriate services to all individuals by credentialed and privileged professionals. Moreover, the

mission of T.I.M.E. Organization Inc. is to coordinate with other organizations when needed to offer

and ensure that our clientele receives collaborative services from a treatment team that shares the

common goal of recovery.

Philosophy
We at T.I.M.E. Organization Inc. believe in a strength-based holistic healing and recovery process for

all persons, family systems, and organizations. The fundamental characteristics of T.I.M.E.

Organization Inc. serve as our guiding principles: leadership, integrity, accountability, protection, and

trust. In this vein, we move forward serving those in need of help, empowerment, and an ultimate

desire for change.

2 OVERVIEW OF INTERNSHIP FOR MENTAL


HEALTH CLINICIANS & SOCIAL WORKERS

Time mental health and substance abuse internship provide mental health clinicians and social

workers in-depth training experience. We offer intensive weekly individual and group supervision

and discussions and didactic seminars.


We offer three rotations that last four months each where our interns become part of our

interdisciplinary team. Our outpatient mental health and substance abuse clinic serves children,

adolescents, adults & geriatric populations for a broad range of mental health and substance abuse

issues.

All our interns, staff, and patients come from diverse backgrounds and vary significantly in terms of

their individual, cultural and religious identities and their presenting problems. Therefore we

emphasize cultural fluency and cross-cultural diversity in our internship programs, so that cultural

diversity is an integral part of our training program.

At Time Organization, we have an interdisciplinary team which we believe is our strength and

backbone. We have psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, pharmacists, clinical nurses, and

other professionals who actively coordinate and treat patients at its foundation. Nurse practitioners,

interns, and other clinical practicum students also form a part of our valued treatment team.

operating in multiple facilities in Baltimore and A.A. County.

We treat children, adults, geriatrics, and women's mental health needs across the life span.

We are the only facility in Maryland where one can get an appointment within 24 to 48 hours of

contacting us.

We provide a wide array of mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities.

supervision, and regular didactics and seminars.

Tanveer A Padder, MD

Our lead psychiatrist and medical director is Tanveer A Padder – MD, a psychiatrist, psycho-

pharmacologist, and addiction specialist.

He is a Triple boarded Psychiatrist - Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology,

Diplomat American Board of Addiction Medicine, and added Certification in Clinical

PsychoPharmacology.

He is a preeminent expert in psychopharmacology and has been awarded a Master Psycho-

pharmacologist certification.

He has received numerous awards, including:

Voted America's Top Psychiatrist

Health grades honor roll,

Compassionate Doctor recognition,

Top doctor award, Maryland, and many more.

He has published extensively in national and international journals. He is currently the medical

director of two mental health clinics in Maryland.
