Individual Reflection Paper

The individual reflection paper requires students to examine the company of one of the guest
lectures / talks. Students are expected to analyse industry transformation, competition,
market and consumption pattern changes, technology impacts, opportunities and challenges
faced by the selected company and / or industry sector, and other topics / areas provided
during the guest lectures / talks.

Students are expected to discuss the below areas of the selected company and / or industry
sector:
- Overview of the company, competition and industry
- Market and consumption pattern changes
- Trends and impacts of technological changes
- Opportunities and challenges faced by the selected corporation and / or industry under
industry transformation
- The need of business (digital) transformation to the corporation and / or industry
- Any other topics / areas that the guest talks / visits have covered

Reference materials from Internet, journals, cases, media sources, and materials of guest talks
/ visits should be used to support your discussion.

The reflection paper will be in written essay format. The written report should be within 1,000
words (1.5 line spacing and Times New Roman font size of 12) with comprehensive arguments
/ discussions / sources / referencing included.

The submission deadline of the reflection paper is 30th April 2023.
