Accommodation Agreement – T&C


RMR Management: -

Duration: - 1st Feb 2020 to 31st March 2020.

Amount Received in AED: - 2900 Rent + 500 Security Deposit

Accommodation type: - Twin Sharing Master Bedroom

Standard Monthly Rent: - 1500 AED

The Guest Hereby Agrees to the below terms and condition.

1. This contract is valid till 31st March 2020. The contract will get automatically renewed for a period of One month
(starting 1st April 2020) if we don’t received notice to vacate from you by 15th March 2020.
2. Monthly RENT will be paid between 1st to 3rd of every month. After 3rd there is a penalty of 10AED per day till 5th of
the month. After 5th if the rent is still not paid Guest will be evicted from the accommodation with the forfeiture of
the Security deposit.
3. If Guest want to vacate the accommodation by 30th or 31st of the month, tenant need to provide us with notice
latest by 15th of that particular month. In Case you fail to provide required notice on time, your Security deposit will
be forfeited.
4. Please note that paid rent is nonrefundable under any circumstances.
5. If you fail to provide us with the cupboard keys or Main door key or Master bedroom key 50AED will be deducted from
your Security deposit.
6. There is a strict no smoking cigarette, sheesha and alcohol consumption policy inside the accommodation. Cigarette
smoking is allowed only in balcony during respectable hours and you are requested not to throw cigarette butts from
balcony but to properly extinguish it and keep it in the bin.
7. We provide a minimum once a week cleaning service for common areas, washrooms, kitchen, white goods etc. We
expect the Guest to be responsible for keeping their immediate surroundings & belongings clean and in proper place.
8. We conduct regular inspection of our accommodations and if we find that any Guest is not living hygienically and not
maintaining basic cleanliness of his surroundings and belongings and such behavior is causing pests like bed bugs to
appear then we will ask the person to vacate the accommodation and the cost for doing pest control will be recovered
from his deposit.
9. All Guest are required to carry their own keys and use it for their entry and exit from the apartment. We have a strict
no visitor policy in our accommodation. We request you to do all your meetings outside the accommodation. You
are required not to open the main door for any stranger under any circumstances.
10. If you are going on vacation, please ensure that you inform us about the duration and pay your rent in advance before
going. Please note that if we don’t hear from you for one week after your day of return, your deposits and rent will be
forfeited and belongings donated to charity.
