1EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

CMCKC investments is an already registered business entity located in Mwense


District. The business will be involved in selling drugs, cosmetics, and other
products to its respected customers. Mr. Chipongoma Andrew who is the
owner, will also be the Director. He will make all business decisions and carry out
management functions of planning, organizing, controlling, directing, coordinating
and leadership for the Drug Store. The business is founded on the principle of total
quality management and continuous improvement to ensure customers get the best
service that will be affordable to our customers. Focus will also be placed on
product and services differentiation as this is key for a startup entity like ours. Our
diversity factor will be the establishment of affordable high quality Drugs and
cosmetics services and matchless welcoming customer care.

Listening to every client concerns and styles our liveliness to customers’ approval.

We intentionally chose Mwense because the development is growing due to the


population bulk of the district. This will increase our sales and make us profitable
instantly we start our business. We will run our Drug Store services in the most
cost effective manner but ensuring that by so doing we do not compromise the
value of our service.

This business plan looks at all items required with regard to cost of purchasing
Drugs (Medicines), Drugs storage (fridge and air conditioners). Marketing
overheads (rent, transport, communication) and other hidden costs. The total cost
for the successful execution of the project is K85, 000.00 and these funds will be
obtained through the CDF loan fund.

All things being equal, the purchasing of the proposed equipment’s, drugs and
cosmetics services will be commissioned as soon as the project is funded.
