Meetings:
The project schedule was agreed by the project team at the outset.
The project commenced with a meeting with Dave Jobbins from Aztex Design to discuss
brief for website on June 4th, a further meeting was held to confirm brief on June 12th.
CEO Roger Griffin and Yuan Kim approved the brief and gave authorisation to proceed.
Weekly meetings have proceeded as planned on 11th and 17th June.
The meeting scheduled for 24th June was cancelled due to project manager being
required to attend to other issues.

Project information and communication issues


The website developer has done a first mock-up of the site. However, they have been
unable to get formal feedback to move forward.
I note that we recently spoke, and you had advised that the mock had been provided to
Roger Griffin CEO for approval, though he has not responded. Can you please follow up?
Dave from Aztec has stated this delay has caused a one-week delay, he has also
mentioned Roger has requested videos for the website. I mentioned I know nothing
about this and asked Dave to send you and email ASAP
As per my agreed tasks, I note there is a budget overrun. Please see finance report
month 1 which roger approved.
These were approved by the Project sponsor.
