Subject: Apologies of the inconveniences caused for levying charges on the usage of debit
cards.
This letter is in reference to your complaint regarding the charges levied on your debit card
and we would like to deeply apologize for the inconveniences caused. We would also like to
ensure you that the interests charged would be immediately credited to your accounts.
We acknowledge the collective complaints we received from our valuable customers from
all over and we would like to inform you about the sudden change. We have been wanting
to upgrade certain facilities which are:
a. Improving the quality of the cards and making a range of premium quality
cards.
b. Bettering the services when it comes to receiving a new card once lost or
stolen.
c. Improvising new security services and implementing new servers to the latest
military grade encryptions, to secure our customers more.
From the response of our valuable customers, we have come to know that not all want this
feature, which is why we have reverted the policy, and the extra facilities will be served to
those who are willing to opt for these .Keeping in mind that each one of our customers is
equally valuable to us we have come to this conclusion.
