Subject: Enhancements in MCB Customer Loyalty Program

At MCB Bank, we value our customers and constantly strive to improve our services to better fulfill their evolving
banking needs.

In our continuous pursuit of enhancing customer satisfaction, we are excited to announce upcoming
improvements to the MCB Customer Loyalty Program. These enhancements are specifically designed to provide
greater benefits to our esteemed Credit Card customers, including rewarding e-commerce transactions. Our
dedicated team is diligently working to refine our loyalty programs, introducing new features and ensuring
seamless services for our valued customers. The enhanced Customer Loyalty Program is set to launch in
phases, starting from the 3rd quarter of 2023.

The MCB Customer Loyalty Program is designed to recognise the loyalty of our valued customers by awarding
them Reward Points on purchases made through their MCB Credit Card. These Reward Points in turn may be
redeemed for cash and used to purchase gifts exclusive to MCB Credit Card customers from the MCB Bank 24/7
Helpline (042-111000622).

Please find below the updated eligibility criteria with reference to accumulation and conversion of Reward Points.
These will come into effect from 1st July 2023 onwards.

Earn Criteria:

Reward Points will be awarded against the following transactions:

• All local and international transactions made through POS

• Now, earn rewards on e-commerce transactions!
• Triple Reward Points on international shopping made in Hotels, Motels, Resorts and Lodging on the MCB
Platinum Credit Card Variant.

Accumulation & Conversion Criteria:

Reward Point accumulation criteria is as follows:

• PKR 200 spent on a MCB Credit Card earns the card member 1 Reward Point with a conversion value of
0.40 paisa

Redemption Channels:

Reward Point redemption channels are as follows;

• Redeem your Reward Points against a wide range of lifestyle and household products
• Redeem your Reward Points for Cash-back from the MCB Bank Helpline (042-111000622) or from
https://cconline.mcb.com.pk/
