High demand & low supply : There is a increase rate of high demand for housing but the supply is not enough for everyone. For rich people it is easier to buy but for the poor people they prefer to stay in slums due to the high prices. The whole group housings made can only accommodate middle class people or high-class people. 3. High prices and small rentals : In case of affordability everyone cannot afford high prices for an housing so people prefer to stay in rentals which will cost them less. People take bank loans or keep mortgages to afford a housing but due to its price people go for Less which is rentals. People dream of having a house but the house redesign in today's world are basically for higher-income groups which keep low income group behind. 4. Inadequate open and buil space : In today's world there are clusters of housing but there is in adequate open and Built space ratio. There is a less numbers of Open Spaces for which people prefer to stay indoors they don't get enough space to get along the natures. 5. Sense of belonging : People living inside a house don't have a sense of belonging because they think that the house is not theirs. People staying in rentals doesn't like to take care of the locality or the society as they think it is not theirs and they are temporary. 6. Community participation : People usually don't like to communicate within the society on locality as they like to live isolate. There is a loss of communication and participation in between the society & in between the people. This make people to stay in their comfort zone and not allow anyone to interfere.
