Introduction
Critical chance and maximize are one of your most important stats in the game. However, each class has their own benefits from their skill tree
that give them critical chance and maximize, making it required to socket less in order to achieve 100% of each stat after buffs. Prioritize
achieving 100% critical chance (after buffs) first, as the stat has a damage multiplier called critical damage. The damage increase from maximize
is not very huge, so it is recommended to have at least 80% after buffs. If your class does not have any free stats, then do not aim for 100% in
your stat window as it is a waste of sockets.

Key Words
Additive - can be normalized or unnormalized, adds on the stat by a certain %
Multiplicative - ignores efficiency factor, multiplies the stat by a certain 1.x%
Normalized - affected by efficiency factor, the number isn’t flat
Unnormalized - ignores efficiency factor, the number is flat

Please note that the final stats needed for 100% does not include anything BUT passives
and skills. Amethystine Prophecy gear, artifacts, etc are NOT accounted for.
