    PROCESS FLOW CHART


    Methanol =1500 L NP-ESW = 1000 KG

    4 kL SSR
    Raise temperature to 45 oC
    Caustic flakes = 25 kg
    Hydrogen Peroxide = 0.5 kg
    Raise temperature to 60 oC and
    maintain for 30 minutes

    Cool the reaction mass temperature to 45 oC

    Charge product CA = 50 kgs


    Raise temperature to 60 oC and
    maintain for 90 minutes

    Cool the reaction mass temperature to 45 oC


    Caustic flakes= 25 kgs
    Hydrogen Peroxide = 0.5 kg

    Raise temperature to 60 oC
    and maintain for 30 minutes

    Cool the reaction mass temperature to 45 oC

    Charge product CA = 50 kgs


    Raise temperature to 60 oC
    and maintain for 90 minutes

    Cool the reaction mass temperature to 35 oC

    Centrifuge material in 5 lots

    Drying at 60-65 oC in 2 lots

    Blending in 3 lots (Charge 100 kg dried


    material and 1 kg acetic acid in lot wise).
    Adjust final pH to 6.5 – 7.5.
