Explanation of the fault

AV_NO_PHONE_LINE. The Master board does not detect the
telephone line.

The line must be analog or mobile, it is not compatible with digital lines or non-
standard tones.

Solution to the fault

CAUSES SOLUTIÓN

Line 1. In case of analog line, check that the telephone cable reaches the Master board.
2. In the case of a mobile line with a GSM module or OMU:
 Check that the SIM card is correctly inserted.
 Verify that there are at least 2 coverage lines on the Master for
the GSM module and for the OMU, in the OMU itself.
3. Verify with a hand phone connected to the connector on the Master
board that there is a line.

Program 1. Only in case of GSM module, check in CTMASTER 2.4 menu that the status
ming and coverage level are correct.

2. For all cases, check the configuration in CTMASTER 3.1 menu.
