Explanation of the fault

Landing fault in the lowest floor.

Solution to the fault

It is detected when arriving at the lowest floor in a shaft learning
movement, no encoder pulses are received from the speed governor encoder.

Security chain Ensure that the security chain has not been opened before finishing the
movement (for example, due to the limit switch).

Wiring Check the wiring between the speed governor encoder

and the J12 connector of the NGE board:

Last floor 1. Check in CTC 3.3 menu Magnets CB in CO parameter.

magnet  The value should match with the number of magnets installed below the
magnet CO.
2. Check that the CSB is not having random activations and that it is only being
activated when sees the CO magnet, CTC 2.3.1 menu.

Distance CO for 1. Make sure that the Distance CO in the CTC 3.4.3 menu matches the real
speed change magnet position in the shaft.

Encoder 1. In CTC2.3.3 menu check the CurPos variable, and move the lift a known
counting signal distance in emergency mode.

• When going up, it starts from 2000mm and the value should increase
the same distance the lift moves.
• When going down, it starts from a very high value and it should
decrease the same distance the lift moves.
2. Check if Centi.mm/pulse value configured in CTC 3.4.6 menu corresponds
with the installed speed governor (114 L-80 Orona, 126 L-250 Orona).
3. If everything above is correct, change speed governor encoder.
