Like / Famous for its reputation / High quality / Have a various range of
design / Fashionable nowadays
Dislike/ Unnecessary / Expensive price for some normal products / a product
having full functions is enough for my demand, and it appears widely on the
market -> have a variety of choices about designs, also acceptable prices
Liking: guaranteed of quality, attract attention, impress people, reliable,
stylish and have a good design
Dislike: get free advertised to firms, boring for same design, don’t want
people to think she’s trying to impress through logos

Market research: information about what consumers want or need
