As part of the application process, Doha College requires parents to have the Doha College EYFS

report completed by your child’s current nursery / school teacher. If the child is not attending a
nursery, parents are welcome to complete the form. The form must be completed and uploaded
within the upload section of the application process. A completed application cannot be
submitted without the relevant EYFS form. Additional school reports or nursery reports are not
required for applications for Foundation Stage 1 (FS1) Foundation Stage 2 (FS2) or Year 1.

Hard copies of the EYFS Forms are also available from the admissions office at Doha College Al
Waab or Doha College West Bay.
