INTRODUCTION

In 2006-2007, the market increased in difficulty and Mr. Kaanan

gained a lot of unhealthy competition. Due to this, his income decreased
significantly. In 2008, he had a run with Gold Quest for 4 months,
unfortunately it turned out to be a scam. The company lost a lot of clients
and was filed for a lawsuit. With this, Mr. Kaanan lost his investments in Gold
Quest. We believed that Mr. Kaanan could have avoided this from happening
if he had taken the necessary steps to make sure that the company he's
working with is legit. There are still a lot of solutions that can help with the
current problem, one of those is creating his own business. With the use of
his experience and abilities, he would be able to attract clients easily.

BACKGROUND

Kanaan M. is a chemist and a chemical engineer who earned his

education from top notch universities. As someone who excelled in doing
extracurricular activities, he went on learning a wide variety of concepts like
bioenergetics, energy treatment, astrology, etc. He had managed a chemical
business but he didn’t survive in the said industry as there had been a lot of
unhealthy competition around 2006 and 2007. Thinking of another way to
earn money, he searched and stumbled upon Gold Quest in 2008 where he
got a stint for multi-level marketing. Four months into the job, he realized he
was scammed and so were thousands of Gold Quest clients. As a result, Gold
Quest received a multitude of filed cases against them and was infamous for
the huge scam it pulled off. Although having lost his investments, this
unfortunate event became an eye-opener for Kanaan M. concerning online
websites and its great potential in profit-making. He thought of the
possibility of creating honest websites in hopes of generating income.This
notion had set himself to create a website – discovering the New Treatment
for Diabetes Types and literally transforming him from rags to riches.
PROBLEM

Around 2006 and 2007, the market became tough and it had a lot of
unhealthy competition, income became less and less. In 2008, Kaanan M.
had a stint with Gold Quest for multi level marketing, and after working hard
for four months, it was all a scam. They were not capable of fetching more
clients on their side. Soon after, thousands of Gold Quest clients filed cases
against Gold Quest. Kaanan M. lost four months of hard work and his
investments in Gold Quest, which was widely known as a huge scam.

PROPOSED CHANGE

There are numerous solutions that can be derived from the problem
at hand. Initially, Kaanan M. needed to have at least made an effort to
compete in the market in 2008 to see how long his company might survive
and try his luck because in the business world, a single setback isn't
regarded as the end of the story. Most businesspeople fail repeatedly or see
their income drastically decline, but they don't give up; instead, they keep
trying until they catch up to and compete with other competitors in the
industry. Second, he ought to have exercised more caution and conducted a
background check before making an investment. Numerous con artists and
other fraudsters are just around the corner; they are simply waiting for the
ideal moment and target. Last but not least, he could have managed an
enterprise on his own, without the aid of other organizations or groups,
using his experience, abilities, and vocation to attract clients. Kaanan M.
ought to have developed his self-confidence so that his company could
supply. One of the most crucial elements when joining the marketing field is
self-assurance.
RECOMMENDATION

In order to protect his revenue and his business, he should have

verified his clients to see if they were real or a hoax. Background
investigation is essential, especially when it concerns your business. Without
confidence, starting or operating a business will put you out of business.

Given his strengths, particularly in science, he should have created a

physical company rather than an online one. For example, he could have
developed a soap that whitens skin or a soap that can cure skin conditions.
He may have produced beneficial commercial products by applying his
scientific understanding.
