Business Name: Cheezy Chick Pots Corner

Short Description: Our business name is derived from our product, Chicken Potato

Cheese Balls. After a few meetings and twisting, we were able to come up with the name,

Cheezy Chick Pots. It sounded playful and just perfect for the vibe that we were going

for. Cheezy Chick Pots is a manufacturing business operated through general partnership.

 Mission Statement: “CCPC’s management is committed to providing tasty and

incredibly filling chicken potato cheese balls with warmth and a never-ending enthusiasm

in serving customers. Cheezy Chick Pots Corner strives to employ good manufacturing

practices and to use quality ingredients to make nourishing and yummy Cheezy Chick

Pots.”

F. NAME OF THE OWNERS

Christine Joy Ighot was born on May 22, 2004. She's the

daughter of Ms. Archie A. Ighot, and is currently residing

at 340-O Ascension Street, Sambag ll Urgello, Cebu

City. An aspiring accountant of Southwestern University

PHINMA taking up Accountancy Business and

Management as her senior strand.

Fenna Lou M. Garrido was born on September 3, 2004.

She's the daughter of Mr/Mrs. Ruby M. Garrido and

Dean F. Garrido, and is currently residing at Aspire

Homes Condominium, Sambag ll, Urgello Cebu City.

Now a Grade 12 Student of Southwestern University

PHINMA who's taking up the Accountancy Business and

Management (ABM) strand, in hopes of becoming a

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) one day.

Miles Niña S. Gaso was born on June 17, 2005. She's the

daughter of Mrs. Dina S. Gaso, and is currently residing at

Sambag l, Urgello Cebu City. A Grade 12 Student at

Southwestern University PHINMA who’s taking up

Accountancy Business and Management as her senior

strand and is hoping to become a psychologist in the future.

 Mara Jearzel J. Escala was born on February 13, 2005. She's

the daughter of Mr/Mrs. Reivaj Escala and Pablo Escala, and

is currently residing at 527-E A. Tormis St., Sambag l, Cebu

City. A Grade 12 Student at Southwestern University

PHINMA who’s taking up Accountancy Business and

Management as her senior strand. Somewhere in the future,

she hopes to work on a cruise ship.

Keith Andrey C. Inciso was born on September 3, 2004.

He's the son of Mr/Mrs. Reynante G. Inciso and Arlene C.

Inciso, and is currently residing at Sambag ll, Urgello,Cebu

City. A Grade 12 Student at Southwestern University

PHINMA who's taking up Accountancy Business and

Management as his senior strand.

The owners share the same motive to run this kind of business which is to provide a quality

snack at a reasonable price since they, themselves, experience immense dissatisfaction with other

products at certain prices. With this shared goal, CCPC and its management aims to achieve a

service that everybody deserves.

Our product is called Cheezy Chick Pots since it is made of

chicken and potato combined together with a cheesy center.
