Attention: Ryushi Korogane – Product Refund

Dear Mr. Ryushi:

I am writing this letter to let you know of a problem that I had to address.
During your Japanese Expo, I visited one of your stalls to buy a product
created by a student of your Academy. It was a bamboo whistle that could
mimic the sound of birds when water is placed on its adjacent side. It was very
creative and cultural yet the minute I bring it home, it breaks. For years of
attending your expos, this is the first time for me to encounter such situation.
With that being said, I would request a refund or a replacement of the product
since I paid it for a high price that it deserves. You deserve the price, I deserve
quality. Hopefully, we could find a way to fix this.

Subj.: October 13, 2021 letter about damaged Product

Dear Ms. Hempesao:

I have just received your March 24 letter about the damaged Bird Water Whistler you received
through. The Student’s Expo and regret the inconvenience that it has caused you.

From your account of the problem, I am pretty sure that your request for the Refund adjustment
or the replacement of the damaged product will be granted. I must remind you to keep the
damaged product in the same condition the same way you received it. Further day, by
tomorrow if you can send it here, one of our students can inspect them.

If all is in order, as it sounds to be in your letter, you can expect the full reimbursement within 2
days after our student’s inspection and replacement. I hope this unfortunate accident would not
discourage you from supporting our dear students on our annual expos, just as what you said
to me in your letter.

RE: Financial Support Proposal

With all due respect, I would like to inform you that I, Leamarie M. Hempesao, a
student of the Arts Department, would like to request financial support on our Art
Exhibit this coming December 20, 2021. We are lacking financial assistance as a group
and is not able to buy the art materials needed to complete the pieces of artworks for
the upcoming exhibit.

Therefore, I humbly request you to please consider our situation and grant us at least:

 5,000 pesos for the art materials.

The rate or prices are very much high for art materials today and we need your
support for it. I would be very much available anytime to respond to you in which way
