This is created with the intent of being sold and consumed by
customers, and to satisfy their cravings. This is also exchanged
for something of value, be it money or feedback.

C. MARKET ANALYSIS
a. Target Market
Since we will be selling our products inside the school campus, it
is expected that our customers are students and School
Facilitators of Southwestern University PHINMA.

b. Targeted Shares
In order for the business to begin operating, the owners decided
to divide their starting capital investment into 5 – leaving them
with 20% share each.
c. Market Trends
Students' love of finger foods has returned since the start of
in-person lessons. Many students started making their own
products and making investments in the selling of different
finger items they could offer at fair and affordable pricing.

In Cebu there are other businesses offering potato and cheese

e. Competitive Advantage
● Food quality - Cheezy Chick Pots are made of chicken,
potatoes, and cheese which are part of grow foods. It is
rich in protein and other nutrients in which the consumers
can get from the ingredients mentioned. Aside from this
the customers purchase is also reasonable at our price
being set because our product can satisfy one's hunger.
● Customer service - With all the services we offer, we
make sure to accommodate every customer and remain
approachable in all circumstances. Our top priority is to
uphold moral values and ethical standards in order to
provide great five-star service.
● Distribution - The way we distribute or sell our products
is in an open area in which it is accessible for our target
market to purchase.

f. Benefits to Clients
● Healthy
Since our product’s main ingredients are Chicken,
Potatoes, and Cheese, it is a protein-rich food. In addition
to that it is also enriched with healthy fats, Vitamin C, and
Calcium.
● Convenient
Our product can be considered as finger food, as it is easy
to eat and carry around. Our customers can walk around
and explore around the campus during the SWU SHS
Entrepreneurship. Their eyes will be filled with all of the
wonderful sights and occurrences during the event and at
the same time their stomach will be filled with delicious
and healthy food.
D. MARKETING OBJECTIVES
● Drive/Increase customer leads.
● Strengthen brand awareness and visibility within the
market.
● Achieve maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.
● Successful utilization of available resources in creating
effective promotional activities.
● Increase daily sales and revenue.

E. MARKETING STRATEGIES
a. Product
- The product quality is one of the strategies the business would
like to highlight. Choosing the right set of ingredients to use is
key in ensuring the quality of the product; especially, in terms of
its taste. Since chicken, potatoes, and cheese are the main
components, it is a protein-rich food. Thus, in addition to having
rich flavors and being incredibly filling, it also promotes health
consciousness.
- When it comes to the packaging, we are vying to utilize skewer
sticks and/or toothpicks for one to few pieces bought and food
paper bags for orders of more than 5 pieces. We intend to use
biodegradable food packaging to promote eco-friendliness while
lowering costs.
- Being convenient to eat is also a strategy. Cheezy Chick Pots,
our product, might as well be on the same level as finger food as
they are perfectly easy to eat and enjoy.

b. Place
- Business will be located inside the school campus wherein it will
be bustling with students, school administrators and the faculty
and staff. It will be a direct marketing channel as the business
will sell directly to the customers.
c. Price
- Initially, we start off using the cost-based pricing strategy
wherein we set the price based on the cost of making our
product.
- To draw more customers in and generate sales traffic, we will
impose the concept of promotional pricing through selling a
bundle of our product for a lesser price compared to the original
price. This is to convince the customers into thinking that the
more they buy, the more they save.

d. Promotion
- The business will be employing direct marketing strategy as well
as having public relations to increase customer engagements.
This will help build customer loyalty and be able to promote the
business through word of mouth marketing.
- To further spread the good news of our business, we will take
advantage of the relevance of technology in today’s generation
and utilize social media or online promotions. Additionally, flyers
will also be handed out to people passing by our store.

e. Sales Strategy
- Taking place in the actual store location, we will be allowing
potential customers to taste samples of Cheezy Chick Pots. This
type of strategy will pay off with the results once they find the
product delicious and appealing to their eyes.
