INTRODUCTION

1. Activity Background
The emergence of the Covid-19 Pandemic case caused a setback in all fields,
especially in the economic field. The number of unemployment problems that occur in
Indonesia. As is well known that human needs are not limited, but the opportunity to
work is decreasing.
Entrepreneurship is the answer to dealing with this problem, because basically
entrepreneurship is an activity of selling products or services for profit. As is well
known, the culinary business is mushrooming in Indonesia, because it can be said to be a
basic necessity for the community. However, it is possible that there are still many traders
who are involved in the culinary business but sell low quality products, even at relatively
expensive prices. In addition, after conducting research in the form of data collection, it
turned out that the community was interested in snacks but it was filling.
Seeing the opportunities and market share that were still wide open, it was
decided to start a home business in the form of frozen food. This business is called
"Yummy Food by Difa" which sells risoles with a variety of flavors, with good quality
and affordable prices.

2. Goals and Objective


The purpose of selling "Yummy Food by Difa" products is to open simple and
profitable jobs, earn a profit, and increase entrepreneurial and business skills.
The sales target of "Yummy Food by Difa" is aimed at all groups (children,
adolescents, adults to the elderly), located in Tangerang, Jakarta and Bekasi.

3. Business Description
The name of the business that was established was "Yummy Food By Difa"
which is a home-based culinary business located in Tangerang.

Products offered to consumers are Frozen Food in the form of Risoles consisting
of Chicken Spicy, Raogut, Spicy Tuna, Smoke Beef, Smoke Beef with Mozarella and
Vegetables.
The concept of the culinary business venture "Yummy Food By Difa" is to sell
snacks with good quality and affordable prices.
Product marketing is done through the Official Account "Yummy Food By Difa"
on Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopee, Facebook or you can do "Cash On Delivery" in the
Tangerang area.

DISCUSSION

1. Product Marketing Aspect "Yummy Food By Difa"


a. Segmentation
In terms of Variable Segmentation, "Yummy Food By Difa" is located in Tangerang
City. In terms of Demographic Segmentation, the products being sold are aimed at all
groups (including children, adolescents, adults and elderly). Then from the Aspect of
Segmentation based on behavior, people respond well to the products being sold because
the ingredients used in the product "Yummy Food By Difa" are of good quality, without
using preservatives and at an affordable price for all groups.

b. Targetting
The sales target for the "Yummy Food By Difa" product is aimed at all types of people,
especially the lower middle class.

c. Positioning
Positioning is a way to improve the products we make with competitors in the minds of
consumers.
- In terms of market penetration, sales of "Yummy Food By Difa" products will provide a
coupon for every single product purchase to buyers. If the buyer already has 10 coupons,
they will get 1 pack of product for free.
- When viewed from a market development perspective, we distribute "Yummy Food By
Difa" products to Resellers in Tangerang City, Bekasi City and Jakarta City.
- When viewed from the point of view of product development, we plan to make new
products and new flavors.

2. 4P Analysis
a. Product
The product "Yummy Food By Difa" is a food in the form of Frozen Food, namely
Risoles which are made of good quality ingredients, without preservatives and have a
delicious taste. The product sales target per day is 20 packs, or 100 pieces of risoles.

b. Price
The price given for 1 Pack of Risoles is IDR 20,000 - IDR 25,000, for each pack
containing 5 filled Risoles.

c. Place
The sales place for "Yummy Food By Difa" products is located in Tangerang City, but
also has Resellers in Jakarta City and Bekasi City.

d. Promotion
Promotion of "Yummy Food By Difa" products is carried out through Social Media
which consists of Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopee and Facebook.

3. Product Delivery System


Products "Yummy Food By Difa" are sent via Paxel, Grab, Go-Jek delivery services or
can do "Cash On Delivery" for buyers located in Tangerang City.
If product shipments must leave Tangerang City, we prioritize using Paxel delivery
services, because as we know that "Yummy Food By Difa" sells Risoles in the form of
Frozen Food, while Paxel has a refrigeration device so that the products sent will remain
durable.

4. SWOT Analysis
a. Strength
Risoles products in the form of Frozen Food sold by "Yummy Food By Difa" have good
taste, good quality, do not use preservatives and are affordable for all groups.

b. Weakness
The products that are sold are not durable, these Risoles can only last for 3 days in the
freezer.

c. Opportunity
Buyer demand continues to increase over time.

d. Threat
Because the process of making Risoles is very easy, so many competitors sell similar
products.

5. Obstacles In The “Yummy Food By Difa” Product Sales Process


The culinary business "Yummy Food By Difa" was formed due to the global crisis of the
Covid-19 pandemic. As it is well known, this is a home culinary business that prioritizes
quality and without using preservatives. This is the reason that the sale or distribution of
"Yummy Food By Difa" products cannot be carried out outside Tangerang City, Bekasi
City and Jakarta City because they are not durable.

6. Participant Responsiveness Level during Product Presentation at Anexpo Online

When presenting the presentation material comprehensively, presentation participants
paid attention to every substance presented by the presenter. When the question and
answer session and suggestions were opened, we received lots of questions and good
responses from the participants during the presentation, so it can be concluded that the
responsiveness of participants during the presentation of the product "Yummy Food by
Difa" was very high.

1. Conclusion
Due to the emergence of the Covid-19 Pandemic, it caused a global crisis around the world,
especially having an impact on the collapse of the national economy. This is very influential in
implementing Anexpo 2020 online. Many workers were dismissed from their companies. In
facing an economic crisis, doing business is the answer to overcome it. The culinary business
"Yummy Food By Difa" aims to benefit from selling Risoles in the form of Frozen Food. Apart
from that, it also aims to improve business skills and fulfill the desires of consumers who want to
enjoy clean, tasty and affordable home-cooked food for all buyers.

2. Suggestion
For the future, the "Yummyfood by difa" business needs to create innovation from all
aspects of the menu, taste and packaging so that it can compete with similar business
competitors out there.

3. Expectation
The expectation is that sales at the "Yummy Food by Difa" business will always
increase every day and the taste will still be liked by consumers. and in the future
there will be a menu other than frozen food risoles which will create many menu
choices for sale.

4. Impression
The implementation of Anexpo 2020 is carried out online, which is different from
before. Of course this is something new for our generation, but with these challenges,
which in my opinion is quite difficult because we can't discuss directly with friends to
discuss our business planning, but the three of us got through it and we still managed to
run presentations well because support from colleagues and lecturers who were present
at our presentation which took place virtually online.
