I. INTRODUCTORY PAGE
A lot of people nowadays loves to eat. Especially when it comes to food which is
delicious, cheesy and affordable food. Corn Dog is a very popular food in other country
and also in our country too. This is a juicy hotdog roll in a cheddar cheese and coated in
cornstarch around a hotdog. It is very easy to eat while walking and enjoying eating it in
a public place because it is skewed on stick.
The Enterprise Name is Homemade Corn Dog. The business got it’s name from the
word “hotdog” itself with a cornstarch mix. Homemade Corn Dog was founded by a
group, idealistic and innovative entrepreneur on January of 2017. The product name is
Homemade Corn Dog because it looks like a hotdog but it is different from the other
usual hotdog since it is rolled with a cheese and coated with a cornbread mix including
cornstarch and cream. The “eat good, feel good, do good” tagline was formulated
because of the taste experimental by the young entrepreneurs to their unique product.
B. NAME OF BUSINESS

V. PRODUCTION PLAN
An apparatus for preparing and cooking corn dogs (batter-coated wieners on a stick)
which has a receiving bin, a loading apparatus, and a collecting and aligning system for
arranging the wieners to receive sticks that form a handle for the finished product. The
sticks are inserted into the wieners, and the stick impaled wieners are moved through a
coating bin where batter is applied. They then progress to a fry tank containing hot
grease where they are cooked. Preliminary heaters are positioned near the loading
device and the collection and aligning system to bring the temperatures of the wieners
up to around 80° Fahrenheit prior to insertion of the sticks, application of the batter, and
introduction to the fryer. The method for utilizing the apparatus is included and enables
the product to achieve faster cooking times and higher production by applying heat at at
least two locations to the wieners as they move toward the fry tank for cooking

VII. MARKETING PLAN
Corndog 28 offers seven flavors in one big box: there's the classic (P65) with sausage;
jumbo (P79); mozza (P79) with sausage; full mozza (P105); potato with sausage (P89);
mozza potato (P95), or the full mozza potato (P120). place where we will build business
is in part of candon city ilocos sur. To promote our products we used social media like
facebook, flyer and ads to see the other people that we have a business named
corndog. The sale we forecast is 750 because 25 pesos the ordinary corndog so we
sale the 30 pcs it depends the costumers want.
VIII.ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN
A. Form of Ownership
Another significant data or information in start up the business is from of ownership.
The from of ownership in corndog is sole proprietorship, meaning that corndog business
owned by a single person and which has a minimum amount of legal structure.
B. Identification of Partners or Principal Shareholder
The amount of principal shareholder is 0, because corndog is sole proprietorship
business.
C. Authority of Principals
Principals could change the rules of Corndog and Principals could fire the operators if
they refuse to obey the rules and regulation as the employees. and Principals could
make corndog improvements.
D. Management team background
Organizational structure involves, in addition to task organizational boundary
considerations, the designation of jobs within an organization and the relationship
among those jobs. Organizational structure is a framework where, the communication,
task duties, responsibility and many things done with the help of some channel which
directly and indirectly related to the organization structure. It tells how to work, how to
achieve the goal, and how to coordinate with their subordinates everything is
intertwined.
X. ASSESSMENT OF RISK
A. Evaluate weakness of Business
The are some risks for corndog business concept, such as:
As a new innovation of hawker food concept and type of foods, corndog need a time
to be known and remembering by the people especially to be the trusted by team. As
the temporary target market is a business man and woman or office workers, corndog
can only open for weekdays (Monday to Friday) with the peak time only at lunch time.
As corndog serve the fresh food meaning that it’s not make half ready food first, it will
takes time to serve to the corndog.
B. Contingency Plans
In order to overcome the risk, Corndog has contingency plans and as answer for the
problems such as:
Corndog that comes with new innovation of hawker food concept and the type of
foods will very fast and aggressive in the marketing plan and or tools like mentioned in
the chapter V about Marketing Plans. Although the peak time only at lunchtime,
Corndog will serve the people who buy the corndog in the morning or afternoon. In
addition, free delivery service will give for those office workers. To use the time
efficiently, the cooks will fry the amount of corndog fifteen minutes before lunch time. So
that when the first turn coming ,they can get the corndog faster, while the cook’s do the
frying for the second turn, and so on. As for the important things, the cooks have to
smart in looking the situation, if there is no queue anymore in the next turn, the cooks
have to stop his or her work. Beside it, Corndog have to prepare the next plan to do the
sausages production by itself. So corndog can improve the sausages taste based on
the market want or add he profit. As the corndog’s cart have the tent to open when the
rainy comes, for those who feel lazy to go outside can order to the staff and the staff will
deliver the corndog until theirs office.
