Problem description
Currently the city of Montería is facing a great problem of traffic congestion and
pollution, which has consequences for the environment and health due to the growth that
the city has had in its automotive sector, also the poor state of the roads and the increase
of public transport and the dissatisfaction of users, and non-road safety.

Objective
Controlling traffic congestion, excessive public transport and poor roads is part of the
development of a long-term strategic vision of the development and non-pollution of
the city of Monteria, which allows mobility, growth and competitiveness to be
compatible.
