Sub: - Request regarding the resignation and

finalization of F&F amount

Respected Madam,

This is the LETTER OF REQUEST (LOR) with regard to the above

subject of resignation and finalization of the Full & Final amount
(F&F) of the undersigned employee viz., Mr. Ajoy Jiston Levi
having the employee ID…………… at the post of Supervisor, Pant
at Bawana Location in Delhi.

Further, the undersigned regarding the abovementioned request

states the below:-
1. That I have joined the abovementioned post in your reputed
organization on ………………. wherein I was assigned the
abovementioned post.
2. That it was a great journey in the present organization and I
have learned a lot from the system and got to experience highs
and lows with deepened understanding of work procedure.
3. That I have made a lot of good relations in the organization
and it was a great time while being the part of the same.
 4. I state that, unfortunately I will not be able to continue the
present work role and sadly the journey has to end due to
some circumstances.
5. That the nearing past experience was hard for me and there
were disputes regarding my monetary clearance i.e. salary
delay & non cooperation regarding the repeated request
of monetary adjustments and shipping back of my
personal belongings such as furniture and household
items etc due to Bawana Plant dispute. It is pertinent to
mention that, despite of the above I do not have any regrets,
grudge and ulterior thinking towards the company.
6. I hereby propose my resignation as the expression of my
inability to continue further in your reputed organization due
some of my personal reasons.

In view of the above I earnestly request to the above named officer

from the Department of Human Resources of the current
organization i.e. SUPREMUS DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED to
kindly accept the present LETTER OF REQUEST (LOR) & grant my
resignation request.
