Note: Make 1 using A, B, and C; 1 with C, B, A; and
1 with C, A, B as Colors 1, 2, and 3.
With Color 1 make adjustable ring.
Rnd 1: 8 sc into lp, sl st to first sc—8 sts.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, [(dc, ch 1) twice, dc] in second sc, ch 1,
sk 1 sc, sc in next sc, ch 1, dc in next sc, ch 1, sc in
next sc, ch 1, sk 1 sc, [(dc, ch 1) twice, dc] in next sc,
ch 1, sl st in beg ch 1.
Rnd 3: Sk first ch-1 sp, (ch 1, dc) twice in next

Stitch Guide
adjustable ring: Make a lp a few inches
from the end of your yarn. Grasp the join of
the lp (where the 2 strands of yarn overlap)
bet your left thumb and forefinger, insert
hook into the lp from front to back and draw
up a lp. Ch number indicated in pat. Insert
hook into the lp so you are working over
the lp and the yarn tail. Crochet over the lp
and the yarn tail until you have the required
number of sts indicated in pat. After the rnd
is completed, close the ring by pulling the
short yarn end hanging at the back. Join ring
with a sl st into the first st.
