Subject Entrust Datacard Price Changes Effective September 1, 2020

INTRODUCTION
Entrust Datacard reviews pricing on all products and supplies throughout the year, and
makes adjustments to help ensure our channel partners have an opportunity to be
competitive in the marketplace and maximize the revenue and margin made with
Entrust Datacard products. We are announcing the following changes effective
September 1, 2020.
SUMMARY OF CHANGES
DESKTOP PRINTERS
There are no changes in the Channel Partner Pricing for Entrust Datacard Desktop
Printers.

DESKTOP SUPPLIES
There are changes in List Price (MSRP) and Channel Partner Pricing for the following
Desktop supplies.
