Ethical Issues Situational Example

right thing to do. And on the side
of Walmart, they should always
uphold the principle of respect.
They should treat all of their
employees the same, regardless
of racial or religious background.
As a solution, they should fire
the racist manager and update
their code of ethics, which
should also include proper
behavior and respect when
dealing with an employee of a
different background.
It’s a good thing that the town
held a public hearing regarding
this matter. On the side of
Spectrum, they should only
advertise and promote what they
can provide. They should not
promise their customer the best
service if they cannot attain that.

down their price, since the

of the organization to be
accountable and transparent with
all of their financial plans for
their customers. They should
also evaluate whether their
business is feasible enough to
meet the additional returns of
their customers.

lawsuit against VW on March 29
this year. The FTC Alleged that
“VW deceived consumers by
selling or leasing more than
550,000 diesel cars based on
false claims that the cars were
low-emission, environmentally
friendly. According to Wired, the
company could have to pay out
up to 61 Billion dollars for
violating the Clean Air Act.
Sharon wee did the right thing
about filing a Plagiarism to
Elizabeth Haigh. Because if she
 recipes, anecdotes and cooking

same content and certain recipes
was released and it was a book
written by Elizabeth Haigh. One of
them might be copied or
paraphrased without the owner's
consent. Later on It was accused
that Elizabeth copied the book and
it was forced to withdrawn after
the Plagiarism Allegations
7. Non-respect A streaming app called Twitch has
of agreements been hacked by someone. By that,
the hacker leaked all the user
payout information which caused a
shock from the users and
audiences of the app. The hacker
posted the list of each streamer
and how much money they make
in a month. The disturbance has
been caused because of the 81
streamers that get paid with
millions of dollars since august
2019. The information should be
kept confidential but someone
leaked it from social media.
8. Environmenta India’s population grows and
l degradation becomes more urbanized. It also
causes the water bodies to get
more toxic. It's estimated that
around 70% of surface water in
India is unfit for consumption.
Every day, almost 40 million litres
of wastewater enters rivers and
other water bodies.

give her credit and share, so that
it would be beneficial to the both
of them.
Twitch responded quickly and
fixed what happened.
Unfortunately, the hacker has not
been tracked and they’re still
finding who it was. To prevent
this, The twitch should tighten
the security of the app and
should act fast. Because there
will be a chance that if they got
hacked again maybe it will be
the end of Twitch or It will cause
a big scandal.
The solution to water pollution is
simple really. To prevent water
from getting more toxic because
of the trash that is thrown in the
river. The people from india
should dispose of the left over
chemicals and containers
properly per the product
instructions, And they should
avoid throwing trash or any kind
of things in lake nor river.
