Refinery & Petroleum Service Unit
Project Overview
The Betano complex will consist of an industrial park with refinery and petrochemical industries, along with a petroleum industry administration
city. The refinery will provide domestic fuel such as diesel, gasoline, jet-fuel, and LPG.

The Betano Refinery Complex with capacity 30.000 bpsd. plan in three phases at
approximate 2-3 years interval. The three phases are:
Phase - I: Condensate Splitter Unit
Phase - II: Adding NHT and Reformer unit Source of Feedstock from:
Phase - III: Adding Aromatics Units.
Phase I operation, the Naphtha Splitter is modeled to recover Benzene in Heavy - Bayu Undan & Greater
Naphtha in such a way that Benzene specification in final Reformate is met if Light
Naphtha is blended with imported reformate. Sunrise field when it
During Phase II operation, (addition of Naphtha Hydrotreater and Platforming Unit),

In Phase III operation (addition of Aromatic Fractionation), column is modeled to - Other crude from the region
maximize Benzene, CH, MCP in Heavy Naphtha to have desired Benzene yield from
Aromatic Fractionation. However recovery of Benzene precursors in Heavy Naphtha
is limited by RVP specification of Light Naphtha.
