    Mrs. Radha Gandhari, a 41-year-old female, had a PAP smear test on September 20, 2022. The cervical brushing sample was received in a preservative solution and one slide was prepared. Using the 2014 Bethesda System, the smear was found to be satisfactory for evaluation with transformation zone and endocervical cells present. The smear showed superficial and intermediate squamous cells along with some parabasal cells and background inflammatory cells, bacteria, and mucus. The impression was negative for any intraepithelial lesions or malignancy.
