Conclusion
1.Lack of hands-on experience and lack of
work experience and launching of the new model leads
to incompetency in servicing and unresolved issues.

2.Staff admitted that they do not have sufficient


experience, due to which the complaints remain
unresolved.

3.Absence of senior trained staff also added to the issue.


Recommendation
1. The agents of M/s Vishesh Automobile
Agency are advised to appoint local candidates to their
service staff. As they will work for the company for long-
duration than staff from distant areas.
2. Appoint some supervisors to train the staff for a period
ranging from onemonth to three months, especially in
the key aspects of the new model.
3. A team of trained staff from agencies in other areas
like Lucknow or Bhopal could be deputed to Rajrahat,
who can visit the complainants and remove all their
negative attitudes towards the agency and its services.
4. An advertisement cum free servicing camp can be
organized with headquarters at Rajrahat at the
showroom of the agency.
