Project Title: (5 to 15 word count):
Title should  be  short, sharp, and  describe  what your research is about: it may also
be  a  ‘working  title’ that you  will revise  as your project develops.
Introduction State the basis of the conduct of the study, discuss the
foundation of the research. Mention the thrust focus of the
research study and establish the alignment to the University
Research Thrust and Priorities.

Discuss here your main topic, current situation of your

setting/location, problem encountered with support of
literatures then discuss how your ICT tools will be the solution
to the problem

Statement of the Problem What is the gap in literature/current practices you want to
address? You may use key terms

Discuss the different problem/literature gap based on your

research
Objective of the Study How do you plan to address the gap/s that you identified in
the Statement of the Problem?

Make sure that the objectives are well-defined and must

answer the gap you posed.
Conceptual Framework

Scope and Limitation of the Study: Determine the assumptions and bounds of your study.

Stated the different modules/features of the system you

intend to apply using the different ICT tools.

Example:
The study entitled “Automated Gate Pass Monitoring System”
is a system that monitors the devices that has been brought
by the student and teachers inside the school. Every device

will have their unique barcodes which will be saved to the
database together with the student’s information. Reports
will be generated such as weekly, monthly and annual reports
to be presented to school director. Also, it can produce
instantaneous reports for monitoring purposes.
Review Literatures and System An adequate literature and previous study review is required
in all research proposals. The purpose of the literature review
should:
 Provide evidence to the panelist that you are well
acquainted with past and current research in the field of
study.
 Prove that the thesis/capstone project will not duplicate
past or current research.
Indicate how the intended research relates to similar and past
research; in other words, the literature review positions your
research within the existing body of knowledge.

You may use the table of comparison you did but atleast 3-5
per tools
