Introduction
Landal, who is my mentor at Monarchy technology,
requested a task to be done for her. Landal asked
me to write a proposal summarizing what
happened to Regency III and how to address
these issues with internal and external audiences.
I aim to produce a presentation that relates my
recommendations for resolving the Regency III
issues to an internal audience.
02
Brief
Summary of
the Regency III
Monarchy Technology produced a product called Regency III, using facial
recognition technologies and artificial intelligence to handpick top
candidates to end bias in the personnel screening process. Theoretically, it
Summary About
should increase employee diversity as it eliminates potential employer
prejudices toward specific groups. Eidos Logistics is the first company to
use Regency III. The software at Eidos was trained using historical
recruiting trends. However, we see different results; Eidos discovered that
the diversity of their hiring after the software was far less.
Regency III
Senior developer and design lead for Monarchy Isaac Leath suggests that the
problems might result from either the training data or a specific software
manipulation by an Eidos employee. No one at Eidos can confirm either of
these theories. When we took over, the company's product was incorporated
with it due to the biased hiring decisions made by the prior management.
There still needs to be an official justification. Therefore all Monarchy
Technology can do is carry on with its investigation.
03 Recommendation
As Monarchy Technology's communication specialist, the ideal way to interact
with potential or existing clients is to make them feel heard and valued. Instead
of pointing fingers at our client Eidos or making them feel like Regency's
Recommendations to problems were caused by their data, we should engage with them to find a
solution.
Communicate with
External Clients We can achieve this by utilizing our knowledge of professional ethics and
cognitive and emotional empathy skills. When using our professional ethics skills
to communicate with our clients, we are using guidelines for how one should
behave toward other people and institutions in such a setting. This allows us to
build and strengthen our relationship with Eido.
We can also use our cognitive and emotional empathy skills. Cognitive Empathy
is how well someone can recognize and comprehend another's feelings.
Emotional Empathy is the skill of observing a situation from another person's
perspective rather than your own to understand their thoughts and feelings. This
is important to apply while communicating with our external clients because it
improves retention and drives innovation.
Doing so lets them know that we sympathize with their situation and are
available to help them with their diversity-related problems. Diversity in the
workplace is crucial because it considers the unique skills and abilities of each
employee and the work environment, both of which are necessary for your
company to succeed in the corporate world.
Recommendations to
Communicate with According to one of our senior developers, Out of 43 developers, only 3
are women, and 38 of the male developers are between the ages of 24
Internal Clients and 31. Most of the men on the development teams working on Regency
III are from the same social circles and are of a similar age.
Thanks !!

Text
Clarity and conciseness are the two most important factors in making
infographic text effective. Other elements such as line width, font style (sans
serif), and text size are also worth considering. Finally, the title of the
infographic is a key part of effective messaging.
Design
The four elements of design are colour, balance, layout, and originality. Colour
can set the tone of the message. Balance directs the viewer's gaze. Layout
distributes the information between text and image. Originality adds
innovation and uniqueness to the design.
Infographic Recommendation
Infographic Recommendation
Two important factors when creating an infographic are text and visuals. The
text needs to be clear and concise. The visuals need to be laid out in a
thoughtful way, and colours should be used to balance the infographic. In
addition, in some cases, the layout can help support the meaning of the text.

Sound
Lighting
While on camera, a light coming from behind you or even off to one side can
create a shadow or glare. Whenever possible, you will want to have your
source of light directly in front of you, such as a window or desk lamp.

My presentation Reflects the principles of good design: colour, layout, balance, and originality because I
used neutral colours such as blacks, grays, whites, browns, and beiges. The colour scheme you choose
is nearly as crucial as the content you provide in your presentations. Colours have a subliminal impact
on us and may make the difference between someone liking and rejecting an idea. In my presentation, I
wanted to achieve a more professional look because I was speaking with the board of directors and
using neutral colours gave my presentation that effect. In my layout, I paid close attention to space. I
didn't want the text or colours to look too clustered or scatted so that they would not be noticeable.
Having the perfect amount of room between everything was appealing to the eye. Space is about
creating contrast and emphasis and can provide viewers with space for visual rest. Finally, in my
presentation, the way I structured and organized my ideas and design came solely from me. Reflecting
on the notion of sound design balance in my presentation, I did not add redundant information. I also
used animations in my presentation so that my text would slide in from the right. This added to my
creativity/ originality. Applying these principles made my production more efficient and effective
because I incorporated my thoughts and used my creative abilities to add to them.
STEP TWO: Combine* the following into one PDF: (1) the completed Cover Page, (2) ELM #6 final
feedback report, and (3) presentation slides.
