1. Introduction
Health is the most valuable and most valuable thing, when a person is healthy then all activities can
be carried out properly without obstacles. Of course, a person can achieve good health in various ways, such
as: B. through sports, can also adopt a healthy lifestyle, eat nutritious food and take multivitamin
supplements, and have medical equipment to maintain health. Indonesian health services such as BPJS
Kesehatan are still widespread and very popular with the public, and of course these health institutions also
have advantages and disadvantages. Services are cheaper, mandatory, without medical examinations and
updating data can be done online. In addition to these advantages, the establishment of BPJS Health also has
weaknesses, such as the nature of the ratification of compensation which is considered only in Indonesia and
having to wait in advance to get treatment..
At Gippum Medical Kemayoran itself, many patients receive treatment every day. Due to the
inherently eco-friendly and highly beneficial treatment system, many patients, especially older patients, are
attracted to Gippum Medical. Unfortunately, patient data management is still done manually. There are many
obstacles in writing this manual system, such as loss of patient data and leakage of medical data. Patients are
those who are treated in hospitals or clinics, of course, expect good service because service is important for
customer satisfaction. This service is the result of the steps taken by the health department. One of the most
important issues in patient care is the availability of patient information when needed, the completeness and

accuracy of patient information which reflects good medical practice and is an indication of the effectiveness
of patient care. Correct and accurate information also affects the services patients receive for treatment (Adi
Ahmad & M. Zawil Aqli, 2020).

2. Literature Review
2.1 Basic Concepts of the Program
In general, the system can be interpreted as a collection of elements that work together to achieve a goal. The
general model of a system consists of input, process, and output. According to Abdul Kadir (Adjie, 2018)
explains: "The system is a set of elements that are interconnected or integrated designed to achieve a goal.
When a system contains elements that do not contribute to achieving the same goal, those elements are not
actually part of the system."

2.2 System
Winarto (Utami and Hidayat, 2018) states that "a system is a collection of systems or parts and all
components, both physical and non-physical, which are interconnected and work in harmony to achieve a
certain goal". Meanwhile, according to Andila (Utami and Hidayat, 2018), "a system is a network of
procedures related to a procedure, and Access components that perform activities together to achieve a
specific goal. And according to Anggraen, "a system is a group of people who work together, using
systematic and structured rules, forming a work unit to achieve a goal" (Adjie, 2018). From this it can be
concluded that the system is a network that is connected with access and can perform tasks and act together.

2.3 RAD (Rapid Application Development)

According to S. Dan Salahuddin (2018: 34) stated that “Hurry up Application development (RAD) is an
incremental process model for software, especially for short turnaround times. From the two definitions
above, the authors can conclude that the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is a system
development method that can shorten system processing time through highly structured steps. The RAD
method divides the development team into several teams to work on several components, each work team can
run in parallel

2.4 Website
A website is a collection of web pages that are grouped into domains or subdomains and located on the
Internet (WWW) (Josi, 2017).

2.5 Website
According to Sukamto and Salahuddin (Imaniawan & Wati, 2017), "a database is a tool for storing
information so that it can be accessed easily and quickly". According to (Setiana, 2019), "a database is a
collection of information that is stored systematically on a computer so that it can be controlled by a
computer program to retrieve information from the database".

2.6 Flowchart
According to Fauz (Media, 2020), a flowchart is a technical analysis that describes several aspects of an
information system in a clear, concise and logical manner. In the flow section, a standard set of symbols is
used to describe the event processing methods used by the company and the flow of information through the
system using images.According to Wibawanto (Media, 2020), a flowchart is a diagram with certain symbols
that describe the sequence of processes in detail and the relationship between the process (instructions) and
other processes in the program. So, based on the conclusions above, a flowchart is a type of diagram that
produces an algorithm or sequential steps in a system.

2.7 SQL
According to (Putra, 2018) it is explained that SQL is a functional concept of a database, especially in terms
of selection/selection and data entry, which allows the performance of data operations easily and
automatically. Database system (DBMS) reliability is reflected in the way the optimizer processes SQL
commands from users and application programs.

2.8 Web Server

The definition of a web server is software installed on a server machine that receives requests from users or
clients and requests in the form of web pages via HTTP or HTTPS and then returns them as web pages in the
form of HTML documents.

3. Result and Discussion (12 Pt)

In this section, it is explained the results of research and at the same time is given the
comprehensive discussion. Results can be presented in figures, graphs, tables and others that make the reader
understand easily [2, 5]. The discussion can be made in several sub-chapters.

3.1. Sub section 1

Equations should be placed at the center of the line and provided consecutively with equation
numbers in parentheses flushed to the right margin, as in (1). The use of Microsoft Equation Editor or
MathType is preferred.

When referring to a reference item, please use the reference number as in [1] or [1, 3, 5, 6] for
multiple references. For any reference with more than 3 or more authors, only the first author is to be written

4. Conclusion (12 Pt)

Provide a statement that what is expected, as stated in the "Introduction" chapter can ultimately
result in "Results and Discussion" chapter, so there is compatibility. Moreover, it can also be added the
prospect of the development of research results and application prospects of further studies into the next
(based on result and discussion).
