Henan Doyen Metallurgical Materials Co., ltd is a high-tech company specializing in
molten metal filtration technology development, ceramic foam filter manufacturing and
molten metal filtration application technical service, where registered at Shenqiu industrial
agglomeration area, Zhoukou city, Henan province and the registered capital is RMB 10
Million. Our plant is located at Shenqiu county, Zhoukou city, Henan province and the
operation headquarters and R&D center are located at Wuhan city, Hubei province.

Our team members have more than 10-year experience on molten metal filtration
technology research, molten metal filtration product development and application technical
support, most of whom had long time working experience in world famous metal filtration

公司建设有两条国际一流的自动化泡沫陶瓷过滤器产品生产线,生产全系列的铸造用
碳化硅泡沫陶瓷过滤片和全系列的铝熔铸用泡沫陶瓷过滤板。东源牌铸造用碳化硅泡沫陶
瓷过滤片采用独特的烧结后成品切割生产工艺，具有更高的尺寸精度和更好质量稳定性。
铸造用泡沫陶瓷过滤片尺寸从 30-300mm，厚度 13，15，22，32 和 40mm，可以是正方
形，长方形或圆形，孔径为 10，20 和 30ppi。东源牌铝熔铸泡沫陶瓷过滤板，采用干躁后
切割生产工艺，具有更高的尺寸精度和更佳的外形尺寸。低热膨胀的蓝晶石骨料使过滤板
具有了更低的热应力，辅以带膨胀的垫圈从而有效地解决了过滤板预热时的开裂，破碎和
过滤时的上浮问题。东源牌铝熔铸用过滤板有 229mm（9”）、305mm（12”）、381mm（15”）

生产线上的生产质量在线检测控制系统，完善的原材料进厂检测和成品出厂检测，保障了
东源牌过滤器产品的质量稳定性。
Our company is equipped with two world class automatic production lines which can
make all series of ceramic foam filters for iron and aluminum foundry (IAF) and aluminum
cast house (ACH). Doyen IAF filter is processed by unique post firing cutting process，which
has higher dimensional accuracy and better quality stability than that by traditional process.
Filter sizes are varied from 30mm to 300mm for square, rectangular and round parts,
thickness could be 13mm, 15mm, 22mm, 32mm and 40mm or more, pore sizes are 10ppi,
20ppi and 30ppi. Doyen ACH filter is processed by unique post drying cutting process, which
has higher dimensional accuracy and better shape. Combination of low thermal expansion
kyanite aggregate and expandable gasket can effectively eliminate the cracking and crushing
issues during preheating and floating issue during filtering. Filter sizes are 229mm（9”）、
