2. In connection with the above references, respectfully request exclusion of

PSMS Romel T Manera of Marikina CPS from the 5 th Qualifying Examination for
PNCOs (PSOCC and PSSLC) due to his application for Optional Retirement
effective November 1, 2023. (See attached)
