Assignment No.1 Semester Fall 2022

Submission of Internship Completion Certificate

All enrolled students are required to upload their Internship Completion certificate as per
following instructions:
It is a document that the organization (where you do the internship) awards you at the completion of the internship period.
It is evidence that you have done the internship with the particular organization.
The Internship Completion Certificate must include the following information:
It must be on original letter head of the organization.
The issuance date of the certificate must be mentioned
The date of joining and completion of your internship in the organization
Name and designation of the person issuing the certificate (employer/person authorized)
Signed and stamped by the person issuing the certificate (employer/person authorized)

You are required to upload scanned copy of your Original Internship Completion
Certificate (ICC) before/on due date 27th January, 2023.
