REFLECTION ESSAY

What was really the government duty to it people (Filipino) and vice versa. Basically these

question has a very simple answer. Based on what I saw and learned from my previous studies, our

government’s prime duty is to serve the people. The questions here is how? Does serving the people

means providing all their needs? Does serving means giving the people means providing all their needs?

Does serving means giving the people their basic necessities? Or does serving means giving the people

all the thing that they want? From what I learned serving means not just all the things I elaborated. Its

about being a good leader of this country. Serving means thinking on things on how to come up with

programs, laws, projects for the betterment of the people and the country. Serving means using the fund

appropriately for the development of our country.

But in return, how does people give back or shall I say what was the prime duty of the Filipinos for

its government. The answer is not about serving the government. The prime duty of the Filipinos is to vote

and practice your right to choose who will be part of the government. But doing this, we will be save that

the people we choose will serve every Filipino right. And in the future, I will practice my right as a Filipino

to work and choose wisely, by doing that, I know that the government will serve the every Filipino rightly.
