Password Reset
Method 1: from SSP (self-service password reset portal, for Mac & all users)
Registration (mandatory)
1. Open https://ssp.prolifics.com from any web browser and click on “My Prolifics Account”
button.
If prompted for password reset (typically this happens when your account password is
already expired) enter your new and confirm new password, then click on Change Password
button. This will be your new password for all portals (ex: Email, Teams, PEP, PPM…)
Note: password will take max of 30mins to update for Email and Teams.

3. Next it will ask five security questions, fill in with your answers and then you will be able to
login to your account.

Resetting password from SSP web portal
Prerequisites: before you begin to reset password from this portal you need to register
yourself (have five security questions answered) if not, follow above steps and register.
1. Go to https://ssp.prolifics.com from any web browser and click on “Reset Password” button.

4. Enter your new and confirm new password and then click on Change Password
5. Now that the password has been changed, wait for 30mins, enter this new password for
outlook, Teams, PEP, PPM, Mobile email etc.
6. If you are a Prolifics windows laptop/desktop user and in public network, close desktop
outlook, connect to Prolifics VPN with this new password hit Alt+Ctrl+Del keys and then
click on Lock, later login with your new password, re-open outlook.

Method 2: from Windows login screen (Prolifics Windows Desktop/Laptop users)
While in Office (RHJ 12B, RHJ 20, PUNE, FL & WB locations)
1. Hit Alt+Ctrl+Del keys and click on Change password, enter your new and confirm new
password.
2. wait for 30mins and then close and re-open Outlook &Teams and enter your new
password if prompted.
Note: Password might take max 30mins to update for Email and Teams.
1. Connect to Prolifics VPN using SonicWALL NetExtender (or) Cisco VPN client with
current password.
2. Hit Alt+Ctrl+Del keys and then click on Change password.
3. Enter your new and confirm your new password, login to machine with new password.
4. Enter the new password for outlook and Teams, when prompted.
Note: password will take max of 30mins to update for Email and Teams.
