Questionnaire have been used as a data gathering instrument. The instrument has helped to
gather data regarding to the effects of job mismatch on employees productivity in terms of function.

the reserch was subject to a certain ethical consideration. The participants are fully informed to
the objective of the study. The researcher provide a letter to the participants to have their consent
through signing the letter. The aims of the letter was to reassure participants that their participation in
the research is voluntary and that they were free to withraw from it at any point and for any reason.
