The study was intented to identify the effects of job mismatch on employees productivity which

also affect the productivity of the business. Nowadays, the case of job mismatch in asia (State clearly
the objectives of the study. Provide a brief background why the researcher wants to conduct the study.

The sampling units of the research shall be 15 respondents from among the residence in
Poblacion Kadingilan bukidnon, the 10 respondents are all employees and the 5 respondents are all
business owner.
Reseaech Validity

The researchers would used survey questionnaire designed to identify the effects of job
mismatch to employees productivity. The result of the study focuse on the effects of jb mismatch

Research Reliability

The study was focused to the result of identifying the effects of job mismatch on employees
productivity in Poblacion Kadingilan Bukidnon as scope of the study.

Research Instrunent

Questionnaire have been used as a data gathering instrument. The instrument has helped to
gather data regarding to the effects of job mismatch on employees productivity in terms of function.

Ethical Consideration

the reserch was subject to a certain ethical consideration. The participants are fully informed to
the objective of the study. The researcher provide a letter to the participants to have their consent
through signing the letter. The aims of the letter was to reassure participants that their participation in
the research is voluntary and that they were free to withraw from it at any point and for any reason.

Scoring Procedure

As used of survey questionnaire the researcher indicate instruction to the participants to


encircle the letter of their corresponding answer to the question given. The participants will be answer
either agree or disagree to the following questions.

Treatment of data

For the analysis and interpretation of the data collected, the result from the survey
questinnnaire will be analyze through statistical tools in which the answers will be count how much
answer agree and disagree to the questions.
